The staff were not competent. The staff lied to me about the trailer I had reserved. When I went at 3:45 pm they said my trailer was not there. I had driven around back and saw one there. When I asked about it they said that the trailer was in need of service and mine was not there yet. I came back at 5:45 and they were calling me as I pulled in. They said my trailer had just arrived. It took them a long time to be able to process our paperwork. The price kept changing. When I pulled around back to get my trailer it was the same one that had been sitting there since 3:45.

It was pouring the wiper blades were so bad couldn't see out the window at all. The tires were bald and the truck did not hold to the road well. Very dangerous. Told the store when we returned the kid actually said ya all the trucks are like that they won't let us fix them. Nice way to get someone killed or hurt in an accident.

Dropped off after hours,tried to use the U haul web site per instructions. Sight was impossible to navigate. Had to return the next day to ensure it was logged in.Also why is the cost $44.00 from Me to Ma but $140.00 Ma to Me. That is absurd?

No I would not recommend this place. We had set up an order online for a 8 hour rental one way. However, when we went to pick it up the general Manager at the store said we only had the rental for 4 hours well 3 because we were a about 15 minutes late to get it which we take responsibility for but then the computers weren’t working so he had to do everything on his phone and it took about 45 minutes to complete the process. He also said we had to return it to this location which we told him we asked for a one way rental to drop off in the Attleboro area. At around 1 ( an hour before we were told to return it by) we called and someone was able to give us 2 more hours but that was “the best we could do “ and we would still have to return it to this location. I have a bad back I was not trying to rush through the process or get more hurt by having to rush. In the end we are very disappointed with this experience.

I filled the truck I rented to 3/4 of a tank, more than what I had when I rented it. I was charged an additional $55 + stating that it was at 1/2 a tank. I will be going there tomorrow A.M. to straighten this out. I am not very pleased at this particular moment with U-Haul

Great customer service. Staff were very professional and courteous. He even went above amd beyond and replaced my trailer fuse that was blown. Keep up the good work.

Van had no as antenna radio didn't work. Vehicle steering wheel was off it wandered on the highway.

The only staff person when I arrived to pickup the truck at 9am Saturday was a hard worker and hustled, often "multitasking" to try to alleviate the line of 4 or 5 customers. I did have to wait ~15-20 minutes to get the vehicle, the only drawback. The drop off was quick, easy and seamless, greeted by friendly personnel. It all worked out and my move went very smooth. Thanks!

fine.The clerk was alone on a Saturday morning , his computer kept freezing up. Needless to say, we had to wait a very long time. Other than that, the clerk was apologetic and the rest of the experience was fine.

Manager very surly and didn’t listen that I had a few more items that I was returning to pick up. My card was deactivated so I initially couldn’t get back into my unit. The woman at the desk assisted.

Very frustrating! I was overcharged on the first day and tried to resolve it for two months with no response. I called over 20 times. Even contacted owner directly several times. No response!
