I was charged for 3 days and actually brought the equipment back in two. I rented the equipment at 4pm 9/5 and brought it back at approximately 9am on 9/7 and was charged until 6:18 am today 9/8. I think this is a fraudulent charge. This has not happened at other locations only this one.PHILLIP B.

Trucks are not maintained was not Reliable for the move had to stay with the truck literally all till tow went out got itANDREW R.
Our 26 ft rental truck broke down on our way to U-Haul Moving & Storage Of The Mile High City. When we got towed there, everyone was very understanding of our situation and helped us come up with a plan that worked for us. We were able to move all of our items from the rental truck into one of their storage units with no problems. The associate who helped me wasn't very helpful and seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. Barely paid any attention to me. This location had far more equipment than any other I have been to so that was a plus and the only reason I would recommend this location.DEREK C.
It was very bad for me, I used a truck for only 20 miles and they charged 131 miles, I only had it for 4 hours, it was my first time and I never use it again.MIGUEL T.
So I'm driving back from Wyoming when they changed my pickup location to York St. Clear across town from my original pickup location. Not but 3 1/2 miles but it's a lot when you're in Denver traffic. Plus the street is under construction making it difficult to get into. It took awhile to get rental because the original agent because they used abbreviation MI instead of MS for Mississippi. They did that fixed with a adjustment. On the good note the trailer pulled great. Hardly knew it was back there and trailer was clean with excellent tires so had no road problems. So overall it ended up being a good trip.KENNETH W.

Staff is rude. After I checked the vehicle out, the employee told me to let him know if the mileage or fuel level was incorrect on the paperwork. It was, so I returned inside. The original person helping me wasn't there, no one was at the desk, in fact. I went outside to find someone to help and the guy wouldn't even stop washing the window of the UHaul to help me. He said that I just needed to complete the check in on the app.Nowlin T.
I rented a trailer and the brakes were dragging for all the time I used it. I have no way while driving to know what is going on with the trailer. But I have rented before and the last trailer worked very well. This one when I was going down the road I suspected that it was dragging so I slipped the truck into neutral and the speed drop was substantial. The manager checked the trailer in and heard the brakes dragging. It would be better if the equipment was a bit better maintained. The boot over the brake actuator was not connected which is a great indication that the maintenance is not great.PHILLIP B.

Waited almost an hour to get help for rental pick up. Our truck was also assigned to another customer. AC didn't work in truck and we used the truck in Texas! Truck was so hot, sodas exploded! Although the check in was a bit slower than expected everyone was very kind and professional. Each team member took their time with each customer to make sure their experience was personable.Michael M.
We received a auto trailer that had a nail in one of the tires. When we went to load our vehicle on to the trailer the tire was flat. Then we spent over 2 hours on hold attempting to receive assist through your roadside assistance. Finally we took the tire off and went to a insulation location nearby. They then sent a tire man to replace the tire with a new one, that took over another hour. Then after finally having the tire repaired and vehicle loaded on to the trailer, we only made it 5 miles before your piece of junk trailer would not stay on the truck ball. I then had to call a tow truck and pay for that additional expense. I will never rent from uhaul again. Horrific nightmarish experience and extremely poor customer service!CALE G.

The truck was clean, but not in the best of conditions. The drive train kept making loud crank noises through the duration of the drive. It would also bounce/shake while doing city driving. At a complete stop the only way to make that stop was to put the vehicle in neutral. It felt scary at times to drive the truck because of this. My concerns for safety were challenged several times during the drive/move. There was nothing I could do to get a different truck because of the shortages in the Denver area. I'm not so sure I'll use U-Haul again because of this experience.NICOLE E.

I was at the Colorado Blvd location because that's where my reservation was and apparently their system wasn't updated with the maintenance needed on a 5x8 trailer I had reserved. Even the customer support I waited 20 minutes on had no clue! York St location had me in and out in 2 minutes, thanks gentleman!JOSEPH G.
Improve your customer service skills regarding customers that call in - disconnected and on hold for an hour and a half to get truck extended and in the end it was never put in the computer (just the notes where I called in)DANIEL R.

So I picked a location I normal use for trailer with a ramp... and never got any notice that the one trailer they had was stolen.. and not checked in so had to driver to a different location and due to the delays I missed my appointment to have the Colorado State Patrol inspect my Harley Davidson.. so basically had to return the trailer and make a new appointment extra to do it again so I can get the title approved and plates.. so can I get a refund or free rental for next week??? This was such a horrible experience that it scarred me. Not the york st locations fault, but the 2800 Moorhead location screwed us over big time. We were guaranteed a truck at 10AM, they changed the reservation to a 2PM reservation in Denver without notifying us. Because of this change we lost valuable hours and ended up moving until 3:30 in the morning. Horrible, horrible experience thanks to uhaulJack W.

I put 25.00 in gas in because I was left less than a quarter of a tank (I have my receipt none of that was taken off my final bill. How would you feel if you spent more than your rental than you were charged at the store? My comments would be it seemed your charged more no matter if you but gas in the car as not. Next time I'll just ask a friend. Gas money at that point is at least included. I want the 25.00 taken off my charge I have my receipt.HEATHER W.

I had ordered a storage unit to put my belongings. When we got there I was told they had none. We were on a list with 8 others that had been waiting since the beginning of June. I had to go get a unit at Public Storage for 450.00. I find this very upsetting.Jason B.
