Make sure you complete the text message return vehicle questionnaire before locking doors and depositing keys in after hours return slot. We didn't know to do that and ended up guessing the answers. Otherwise, very nice staff and neat/clean facility with well kept vehicles.PATRICK L.

I didn't get the 26 feet truck that I inicially orderd. I got the 20"feet. The day I went to get the truck I went to 3 different places and they blamed one another, no one was responsible for the mess they created. Therefore, left behind so many things like tables a bicycle that was over a $100.00. I wonder if the company has trained those people. I won't recommend uhaul at all. Find another company even if it's more expensiveronald C.

The person who attended me is the second time that I do not like the treatment I think it is because I do not know the language very well but I do not think that is why he should treat people badly, if he does not know how to treat the client or is tired of working I better not work with you because I always choose you as the first priority but if the same person is going to tend to me next time I prefer not to go or recommend anyone! I booked my appointment for 10' Uhaul truck much earlier in a location near my house at Ringoes for 7pm on 09/10/2021. At 3pm on 09/10/2021, they informed me that I have to go to Trenton to pick up my rental truck. This place is about 50 mins drive from my house. So I had to drive almost 80 miles more overall to return the vehicle . I had to pay extra and I had to give almost 2 hours extra time. But there was no compensation for that as that was not my fault.This is a great problem that Uhaul should look at.Md B.

Got there twice as the first time, did not have my hitch and felt blamed rather than getting apologies for taking the date as scheduled online. After a month of waiting and previously confirming, got my last name and told me again that the hitch wasn't there, that it had just ordered two weeks ago. After making a scene, the manager not feeling empathetic, showed me the computer screen to justify it. That's when I discovered it was another order, same last name. The staff then proceeded with the installation but again I did not receive any word from the management team to excuse their lack of empathy. This particular location is always excellent. Have plenty of vehicles and always ready, and courteous. They aren't the closest Uhaul but I use them every time I need a daily rental.James N.
Absolutely insane how expensive a Uhaul is. Employee was late making the line so long and with one employee working it took 45 mins to get through 4 people. The late employee had no idea what he was doing. Took 30 mins to then get the right truck. Absolutely horrible experience, will be renting elsewhere next time.Emily C.

Only issue was several hours after I picked the trailer up, the associate called me and stated they gave me the wrong trailer and wanted me to drive all the way back to Trenton to return it. I told him the trailer was already packed and that I was not going to do return it. It was not an issue but certainly a bit much of a ask. Trailer was disappointing in that I could not use to pickup lawn mower.. trailer was 6 by 12 feet.. but trailer was limited to 57 inch wide ramp/entry..I needed 63 inches..have to rent another trailer at tractor supply..!JOSEPH V.

Since U-Haul screwed up and could not honor my reservation to pickup the rental in East Hampton, I had to drive to my home in Robbinsville, then go to Trenton, pick up the truck, drive back to East Hampton, load up, then drive back to Robbinsville, unload and return the truck to Trenton. The only bright spot was your staff in Trenton. They tried to make things right.JAMES S.

Good customer service where the store was concerned ,however we had to rebook the entire service and Go to go in physically to a store as the app is so horrible for an already verified customer. It just didn't recognize my offline verification that I had to go in the store. After booking it online. They say that it's verifying during pick up and the whole site times off. What's the point of wasting time doing it online when you don't want to help your own customer. I tried : my wife Elvira dsouza tried and we both faced issues. And it isnt the first time we are facing issues picking up a u haul online. Crazy. Just stop your online service option and frustrate customers.Aldrin P.
The morning staff person could be customer friendly. I realize I requested an early pick up time but if mornings are not for him I would suggest he change his work schedule. Furthermore, make sure the trucks are serviced as the truck I was given first had a leak in the roof of the cab. No walk around inspection was performed during pickup or drop off. And as soon as I returned the truck (way ahead of schedule) it was given to another customer without inspection again. To shorten my complaint I'll just say that I will not be returning to this location for rentals.Eric P.

after booking a unit online for the stated price, i was shocked to find that U-Haul is unable to keep their word on the units and pricing, as the location said the unit would actually be double the price, and uhaul did not take responsibility for this discrepancy.
