I got newer truck for 1 way move to Tennessee. But the truck was not clean inside. Armrest & cupholder was nasty & dirty. Dashboard dusty. Didnt have time to wait for another truck. I had already been waiting long enough because another customer hit a customer vehicle with UHAUL truck in parking lot & all attention was focused on that situation & no one was taking care of the waiting customers.

I was charged for an appliance dolly that I did not receive. I told the rental center both right after I picked up the truck and when I returned the truck that I did not receive the appliance dolly. And yet I was charged for it anyway. Needless to say I am quite unhappy with this service.

Online reservation and add on services suck!! Got changed on me AND then forgot my vehicle transport. When I finally got to the location, there was an extremely long wait. However Laronda was excellent and took care of my reservation in a calm professional manner!

The parking lot is very tight. There was an accident while I was there. There was a line into the street to drop off because people picking up were coming out the same way.

I did the online check in and you guys double reserved a uhaul so I had to wait for them to sorry it out. I followed the gas thing and they still charged me for gas afterwards. Other than the manager the employees were rude with one talking on his phone the entire time.

The guy at the register didn’t exactly exude a happy customer feel. He wasn’t exactly rude but certainly did not make the customer feel welcome or that he appreciated the business. Equipment, as you would expect from U-haul, was no issue.

Veronnda calmed me and made everything look like it easy and no problem . She is an asset to UHaul. Give her a raise??. Deshawn at Grosbeak location is great!! My online and call center experiences were terrible. My truck size was changed and no one told me even though I reserved it 2 weeks in advance. Giving it back resulted in a comedy of errors.

Mike from the warren facility was very helpful and friendly. No one else could get their story straight I was told over the phone that the motorcycle trailers came with tie down straps. I got to the store, HE LIED and i had to pay almost 30 dollars for my own straps. ALSO, the kicker... i was given the option to return my trailer at a later date due to unforseen circumstances. But I was told they wouldnt charge me extra. i verified at LEAST 3 times that I would NOT be charged for the extra days. But yet i was still charged. I now have an outstanding bill with an unpaid balance being sent to my e-mail. So now i have to take time out of my schedule to contact Uhaul AGAIN and get this sorted out. This will definitely deter me from using Uhaul again

Everything was great. Employees seemed knowledgeable and made everything great. Management there was on top of everything. There were no problems with anything and everything went real smooth. Everyone there was friendly, no pressure, and it was very pleasant and warm and actually fun to be there.

my reservation was at the 7 mile and van dyke, Detroit location. the trailer they had had a flat that they were unable to fix. they moved my reservation to the Groesbeck Warren MI. location who had what i needed but all this put me an hour+ behind schedule that I had to pay the crew I had hired and also put me in jeopardy of missing my end location close time. Detroit knew of my reservation, could have called. texted or emailed me to let me know of the situation.

I had a great experience at this location. The rental truck was pulled in front with the engine running when I arrived. Check-in took approximately 5 minutes. The manager went over the examination of the vehicle with me. There were no problems with the performance of the truck. Upon returning the truck, an employee immediately checked me in and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Service was great and everyone was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending this location to others.

Speed up the process....get better internet service...get yardhelp to be fast and efficient. I was there for close to an hour picking up a car hauler that I already reserved. I'll be going back to the gratiot/M59 location for any more future rentals.

My rental was repossessed even though the due date was still two weeks out. This was done at my place of business - needless to say it was a bit embarrassing. A simple phone call to me would have been nice to say bring the vehicle back. I will try never to use any Uhaul facility ever again.

It sucked cuz it's Monday. And bad day for this uhaul because it is in a state of flux in transition from one location to another. The work flow was interrupted, disjointed by various computer problems and staff conflict stress due to all the same. On the other hand, half the staff are holding it together as best anyone could.

Pickup and drop off were very slow. We waited 20+ minutes for furniture pads and ended up leaving without them because we couldn’t wait any longer.

Had to wait a few minutes when I first arrived. No big deal they had everything I requested and hooked up the trailer to my truck for me. When I returned it was so easy and quick. As soon as I pulled in two gentlemen unhooked the trailer while the other one did all paperwork. With in 5 minutes I was heading home. Dis not even had to enter the building!! Great services
