I spontaneously decided to pick up a large item from Home Depot today, so I stopped by this location to see if they could help me. Sure enough I was shown their available trailers, they hooked me up, and mission accomplished within a couple hours! When I returned the trailer, there was a very nice man quickly available to remove the trailer from my hitch and I was headed home! Great people, clean facility, and excellent service!RITA G.

Did not walk around the vehicle with someone from U-Haul, it was a little busy, but still. Should have walked around with a person, not just the app with the general pics. My husband had issues on drop off and I wasn't with him. He couldn't find the "return" button online. He called Uhaul 800 number and was on hold for 15 minutes and never got thru. He did take pictures inside of truck and sent to me. Later that evening, I called the same Uhaul number. I was on hold for 40 minutes and no answer. I did get thru on chat but that also took 20 minutes and they were little help. Fortunately, I saw the customer service email and sent an email, explaining the situation (he dropped off in less than 24 hours) and I attached the pictures. To my amazement, I got a reply from Thea Swanner within 10 minutes. She was very friendly and said she took care of it. Obviously I don't know Thea but she made a very frustrating situation into one of sheer relief. Keep and reward this customer service rep! She made all the difference in our experience. Thanks Thea!! I suggest that for off hour drop offs, that there is a special number that people can call.Valerie R.

Customer service is NOT what it used to be at this location. When I returned the truck, I pulled up to the designated spot. The sign there said STAY in your vehicle and someone will come to receive the equipment. Had I stayed there, I would been there till the next day. This is despite the fact I could see 3 employees sitting around the desk area. I came in and interrupted their gab session and handed over the keys. No one thanked me for my business like they used to at this location. Look up my history there. I've rented trucks maybe a dozen times or more. We originally reserved at a different location and were told 2 days before pick up that would not be available, so this location was offered as an alternative. We arrived shortly before opening at 7 am, only to struggle to find our truck in the large and well stocked lot. When we asked for help, the customer service rep said that the truck would have to be cleaned before it could be taken off the lot. Additionally, the truck only had a quarter tank of gas, and we felt compelled to fill it before getting started, as we did not feel comfortable with such a low number of miles available. The whole process put us about an hour behind schedule, which was extremely frustrating.kevin B.

Location didn't have appliance dolly and told me only when I arrived to pick up the truck, steering in the truck was sloppy, couldn't hardly keep the the truck on the road. They offered no help with trying to find the dolly and when I asked about the "equipment guarantee" he told me it was only for the truck. Why do you call it an equipment guarantee if its only a truck guarantee. I had to spend $60 for a dolly at a local hardware store to complete my move. I went 5 miles and turned around and took the truck back. The whole front end of the truck bounced so bad I could barely hold on to the steering wheel. The safest part is I still had to pay. I really hope you do not rent this truck to anyone else.SHANNON K.

The staff are not the issue. They are friendly and helpful but this location is short staffed for the volume of business. I came here with a UBox. The day I received an email that it had arrived, I drove down to the location. The staff informed me that generally I should make arrangements a day in advance to access my belongings since they have to move the UBoxrs with a forklift. While not ideal, I took some things and returned home. I then tried calling multiple times the next day to arrange for access for the remainder of the items. The phones at this location seem to be on permanent call forwarding to the call center. Once that happens, you might as well cancel all plans for the day as they never pick up. I then called traffic who said they would send an email to have them call me. I received no call. If the staff doesn't have time to answer a phone, they probably don't have time to read email. I can't make arrangements a day in advance if I can't speak to someone. I called corporate, they said they apologize but they are open until 8:00pm if I want to drive down to see if they could help. In order to have reasonable access to my belongings, I ended up driving down in the evening and renting a space on the 2nd floor and unloading my UBox into it at a higher cost. I reserved a storage unit. When I arrived I was told it was unavailable. So they sold me another one that was more expensive. I was clear in telling them several times it was for a riding lawn mower. He said it was ok. I picked up the mower an 2 hours away and brought it to the storage unit only to find it wouldn’t fit through the door. I’m storing my daughter’s belongings in between her semesters at school. I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom at the college and needed one after a 4 hour drive. Let me tell you!
