Helpful somewhat, but not overly helpful when it came to securing my car to the auto transporter. Basically I had to beg for help to secure my car to the auto transporter. I find this part of the customer service experience to be completely awful and unnecessary. Either be helpful to your customers or they will not return. This was also a 1 out of 5 star experience for our family during this rental

I would rate it for a location in central Billings, but the experience was a bit strange. The customer service rep at one time told me that I couldn't use my debit card because it was a prepaid card...to which I said, "No, it is my debit card." He argued again and then I had to switch to my credit card. Right now, there is a pending transaction on each, so I am waiting to see if one goes away to make sure I didn't pay twice. There were also two customers who went through the check-in process next to me in the same time it took me to rent a trailer...It wasn't awful, but moving is stressful enough to not have to worry about the type of card I have or the timing to check to make sure I wasn't charged twice.

I drove 18 miles and was charged $30 for gas at $4.50 per gallon. I used maybe 2 gallons. Make this right by me.

Really helpful staff, especially since they were having to provide an item that the originally renting location had given away. Really friendly staff that helped answer questions and make sure our car was secured and we knew what to look for in case of any problems.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful, however we have a mask mandate from our governor and none of the staff were wearing masks in the middle of the highest case loads to date in Montana. Shame on you as I suspect this is a corporate policy encouraging a lack of enforcement.

No employees were wearing a mask. If you are not concerned about your customer safety then think of your employees wearing their masks as your financial protection. Any customer who contacts covid and can trace it to your company will lawyer up.

Maybe get them a little more help. Only having one person, total, working in the morning makes it tough for them to take calls and tend to customers with pick-ups and drop-offs. The attendant that was there did well.

Had to wait for an extraordinarily long time before we were assisted when picking up a moving truck. We waited in the store, along with a couple other people, for more than 30 minutes. During this time no customer service reps were in the store and when we attempted to locate someone we were unable to.
