New employees need proper training, clerk tried to charge me $1600 for a 3 day rental, 3 people had to help her figure out what happened. I returned the truck 24 hours later, the same clerk checked it in and told me my balance was $89. Two days later, the store manager called asking where the truck was bc it was over due, took them 45 minutes to locate the truck and properly log it an charged me the right price. For the second time, despite making a reservation days in advanced for my boxes to be put out on the parking lot so my movers could load my belongings into their truck and deliver to my home, my boxes were only put out once I waiting in line and asked the customer service agent to have my boxes pulled. The first time took over an hour, for which my movers charged me $150 to sit and wait. The second time also took an hour which cost me $175 (a higher weekend rate). So, I lost out on $325 because, despite reserving days in advance, my boxes were not placed in a reasonable timeframe.Paul C.
The drivers side side mirror was loose. Every 5 minutes you had to reach out of the window and adjust it just so you can see. Also, the front suspension was very loose and the truck was very hard to drive because the steering required a lot more input.IMRAN R.

The associate that checked the truck in upon return was very rude, did not even say good morning, started asking me about dolly which was not in the truck. The fuel level was marked incorrectly when I picked up the truck. For 14 miles usage, no long idling I put 3 gallons of gas back. He was really rude telling me he will charge me $11 if I don't go back and add more gas. I think customers deserve to be treated with a little respect.Bethel C.

my name is Ramin Milani and I rented Uhaul truck last Sunday to move. Your employee made mistake on Saturday and instead of reserving me 26' Truck she booked me for 20'. When I came to pick up they said that they don't have 26' available and instead they gave me the shorter version of 20'. This is Uhaul mistake. The lady at front desk told me that the person who booked you yesterday is not working today . I had to leave some of my stuff in street and couldn't come back for second trip.Ramin M.
We called two hours in advance to check if our moving truck was ready to go. They confirmed everything was good to go. The truck was there but when we got there 15 minutes before our appointment, they told us the battery for the truck is actually dead. It took 45 minutes to get a new truck 7 miles away and it was . The original storage unit we reserved it ended up they were all full and couldn't fulfill that reservation either. From my very first day I had issues getting access to my unit. Every time I went I had issues, code not working, card jot working literally every time. When I went after hours there was someone waking around inside NOT AN EMPLOYEE. I reported this they just said maybe someone living inside. WHAT? On my move out day, 2 days before due date, I advised the lady I was moving out and then days later I receive a notice for payment then late payment. Not to mention that day it took an extra 20 minutes to gain access to my audit because the card didn't work yet again. I had to pay movers for that time. I will never again. And this was my 2nd time using this facility. Last was 2017. The experience then was mediocre, however I decided to give a 2nd chance. Never again. I had a girl that was half asleep that took 20 to 25 minutes to figure out that we already had two storage units and we're well established as customers in your facility.
