I got a flat tire just a few minutes after getting on the road with my trailer. This was a major disruption to my plans, since I was depending on the equipment to get to a job site. The agent who worked with me had great customers service skills. He was very informative and knowledgeable. As for the poor grade, the general manager ( Cody Scott), this guy came off very rude and angry with the employees and customers. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but he definitely needs a week off or be retrained on how to treat the employees and customers. True I could have read the contract more carefully, but what I did do is stear my son's relocation from NY to Minneopolis to Penske Truck Rental and then my cousin from Prtlnd, OR to Redding, CA to Penske Truck Rentals as well. What I will do is look for opportunities for the same input of customer experience and satisfaction to people I come accross in the near future. I'm sure it is worth 13miles to u-haul. Windshield of van was really dirty from dust then rain snd bugs. Otherwise perfect. I took two packs of blankets, only used one so returned one unopened. Fantastic employees. Super nice. Loading dock to storage spaces really disgusting; puddle of festering detritus where we needed to load. Please power wash and bleach this area. Very unhealthy. Please remove the â€œgreenâ€ trading area. It was 90% disgusting garbage and we witnessed a man who didn't have a storage space slip in through the doors to look at the free items.
