Stefko Blvd location is ok. They did not have the dolly or blankets that I had reserved. The Gentleman who checked us out was knowledgeable and kind. He did a good job. The phone representative told me that the truck would be at the Whitehall Location and that there would be a dolly and blankets and that all of the mileage was included. I ordered my rental on 08/21 via the website. On the Saturday before the Monday rental at 7:15pm, you canceled it via email. At that time, I was not able to receive any customer service. This was most unacceptable and disappointing, especially as in the end I was able to come up with a solution for us to get a rental with the customer service rep. Had I received a call earlier that could have happened without the anxiety this cancellation caused. Very disappointed, would not call me a happy customer at all.LEON R.

Im receiving the worst customer service every time I go to this uhaul location front he same person. It's either giving me hard time when picking up or trying to charge me for extra stuff. It's more than a customers service it's racial problem and I have a moving company I don't wish to have this kind of service every time I go to pick up, regardless of U-Haul customer service changed my original pick up location! I need someone to explain to me how hat is this guy is problem. PleaseFADY A.

I was not happy about having to fill up the gas tank 7.1 gallons after traveling only 28 miles. Thats not even 4mpg. My maximum mph were 45. Either the person before me sucked up 3-4 gallons and the needle didnt move or that vehicle needs a serious fuel injector cleaning.MICHAEL H.

The truck had just over 1/4 tank of fuel. Uhaul chased me 93 miles to this location for a need in the Harrisburg area, I was moving a house from Palmyra PA to Middletown PA,. The attendant blamed previous drivers on the lack of fuel. I thought that the surcharge of $4,50 a gallon meant the truck would be filled by the location. Because of this, I was out $45 for Fuel before even starting. I spent 4 hours of a Friday night retrieving the truck. This led to fuel costs for my personal vehicle. I set this reservation in plenty of time to hold a truck in Harrisburg. I feel this was unnecessary.BRUCE T.

I said that I needed a vehicle and a ramp to transport a motorcycle. I was told the only vehicle was a 15' truck. The ramp was too narrow to safely load a motorcycle and the vehicle lacked the sufficient hardpoint to tie it down. I wound up not using it. Surely you can supply ramps that attach to your vans.PETER B.

when i reserved online, i requested a hand truck and blankets. the facility did not have them available. This meant going to another facility in Allentown to get the items needed. the online platform should of been able to advise if these items would be there before allowing the reservation to be completed. it would of saved us the hassle of having to go to another pick up location.MARIA D.

The people were fine. You changed the location ofy pickup without notifying me, then also changed the time of my truck pickup without notification. This made my move incredibly stressful and I will do everything in my power to never use U-Haul again.Austin H.
When I picked up the first of 2 rentals on 6-30 the person was rude and unprofessional. The second truck I picked up on 7-2 was not cleaned, there were wet moldy blankets from the previous renters in it and the hand truck was laying unhooked loose, the trucks check engine light was on and the drivers side door wouldn't stay closed and even popped open on my driving down the roadMICHAEL T.

I rented this truck with the intention of a 1 day move. After picking up the truck I drove approximately 20 miles before the service tire light came on. I was also having an issue with steering, the front end would shimmy if I tried to drive over 40mph and when cornering. I stopped for service advice at another Uhaul dealer on route to my destination assuming they could help. The service tech added air to the rear tire and sent me on my way. That was just the beginning. As we picked up the first load, and started to drive, we could not go over 30mph before the truck felt unsafe. This caused us to return to our house and unload weight for safety thus requiring multiple trips adding mileage and time. I tried to call the Uhaul number numerous times a day every day only to get a recording telling me someone would be right with me. I held for almost an hour each time. While driving through the night, trying to make up time, we stopped to adjust the load after one extremely unnerving shimmying event. The headlights were on auto, which means they should go out when the keys leave the vehicle. The load adjustment took longer than expected and the battery died from using the light in the back of the truck. When we called Uhaul roadside assistance they said they would get someone to help and they would call us back to confirm service was on the way. This was at 1:00AM. We waited on a dark road at night for over an hour waiting for Uhaul's return call which never came. Not sure if service was on the way, we decided to call Uhaul back. Only then were we informed that due to our desolate location and time of day no service was available. We were forced to flag down cars at 2:00AM, many of which passed us by. Imagine flagging down random cars at 2am on a dark desolate road...our reality was the beginning of every slasher movie ever. The additional days and miles are due to your unmaintained vehicle. It is absolutely shameful that you would put your customers in such dangerous situations. Uhaul needs to do something to make this right or I will be in contact with my lawyer to see what our rights are. We have pictures documenting the bad tires, a record of the call into Uhaul assistance, and 2 police municipalities that were kind enough to stop when we were having issues prior to this event. -- Lonnie Ball 484 656 6700 This e-mail is confidential and may well be legally privileged.
