What seemed like the manager, somewhat rudely told a customer without a reservation that they had no vehicles to rent very publicly. However that same manager, when asked by another customer, me, if they had any face masks because Uber requires them and she gave me one out of the store supply. I'm sure not for customer use. Way beyond what would be expected for standard customer service. I did not know that Uber still required masks for their passengers and I didn't have one with me as I just finished moving furniture for my sons apartment. Thanks for going beyond. It was difficult to get into the actual parking lot, and when we did get in, there was no space to park the truck and trailer without blocking the lane of traffic. The personnel were nice and respectful, but there was no manager on duty to address the difficulties we'd dealt with previously.Samantha J.
Service used to be smoother. Attendant got the truck number wrong so I got numerous call and text while trying to move. Alarmed my emergency contact person got a call. Requested two wheel dolly a week in advance upon checkout was told there was no two wheel dolly available, which made moving large items difficult.William C.

felt oogled at as a woman renting a vehicle from all the men working, didn't feel comfortable. then when i finally got the vehicle and entered it, the volume of radio was full blast. obviously someone had to get in to turn vehicle on, so it felt rude to either turn it all the way up or to not bother turning it down.KADEY S.
it was pointless to do the 24/7 check in form, the van wasn't ready (parked in way back behind other vehicles and unable to get), the guy said that the online form doesn't tell them what vehicle is being rented, so i had to go inside anyways.Kadey S.
We wanted to rent one way to Wisconsin. But U-haul's computer system had a glitch that prevented it. We had to do derive it back to the Minnesota location. It wound up being the same amount but we didn't like the inconvenience. It was not the locations fault however but U-haul's.Gregory J.

After-hours check-in process was deceptive and a bother. "Just drop the key in the orange box" the agent lied to me. I have to pay a $20 "convenience fee" if I do that without enabling location permissions for my browser on my phone, taking pictures of the vehicle, and everything else in the after-hours website process. WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN: Orange box key drop should be free without extra hoops to jump through. I should be paid a $20 "inconvenience fee" if I have to come back during business hours because I didn't jump through your extra after-hours process hoops. An alternative would be paying me a $20 "inconvenience fee" if I have to jump through the hoops involved with your after-hours website process.Daniel P.

Reserved my trailer at the Bloomington MN location. Inventory was confirmed. My pick up location was then changed to 40 minutes from my house, and my reservation was changed to pick and drop off at differently locations - much more expensive them my original reservation. I called the Bloomington location to sort it out and they refused to help, directing me to the call center. Call center says this location does this to customers "all the time".PAMELA D.

I wasn't ready for the extra charges surprises but should have known that something like that was going to happen by the numerous negative reviews on google. I returned the car 3 hours later with no damage, clean and with more fuel than requested. Somebody was checking the car out as I was leaving so I know for sure and certain that this Uhaul is just used to overcharging out of nowhere.Messan Y.
