I returned the trailer through MyUhaul.com, but it would not let me do the truck. I called and was placed on a 20 min hold. With a thunderstorm overheadâ€¦and no place for me to stand outside under a cover, I took a couple pictures and left. This facility should invest in a small covered area where customers can stand and return an after hours rental without getting soaked from the rain. Small customer service things like this is what shows Uhaul cares about their customers.Larry P.

If UHaul must lease an old truck, it should be at least in good working condition. The transmission on my truck was bad; the steering wheel was loose (every bump in the road took the truck off course) so you had to hang on really tight; the A/C was so loud that you can't hold a conversation in the truck; and the manual windows took a LOT of effort to crank open and close.Beverly F.

More help in the rental office. All personnel were great! Kind and polite people. There was quite a line in the office and more help would be good.Leslie O.
The lady at the counter gave us a hard time while picking up the van. I have rented from this location before but she kept on asking an alternate number which I provided. To my surprise, she called that number. Not sure what she wanted to do. When the call didn't go through, she asked for another number but I countered and then a fellow employee at the next register helped me out. All in all, it was not a nice experienceAbhilash D.

The lady who assisted did not know what to do to revise an order, another individual had to assist her and then when I got to my location, the drop off location said they had to charge me and extra $79 because Florida made a mess of the contract....they charged me $79 for 5 extra days and I turned it in 3 days early! It took almost half an hour to check out a simple 8' open trailer even with making reservations the day before. The lady at the computer seemed to have very limited computer skills and kept talking and complaining about it not working correctly. She may be a good employee but she needs to have a different job, one that does not include using a computer. When I complained about how long it was taking to check out, I got a snide comment about that's just the way it is. Really? The technician working the outside was great! He was quick and friendly and had me on the road in no time, once I made it outside to the parking area.Robert N.

There was only one representative checking out the customers. the line was long (6-8 at a time in line), however she was exceptional, friendly and acknowledge the long wait. She needs more help on a Saturday. Gentleman working the yard with the trucks, was very courteous as well.Thomas M.

Make sure the amount of fuel in the truck is accurate on the rental paperwork. My rental paperwork showed that it was full when in fact it was 7/8 full. Five gallons was missing.David B.
The staff were excellent when I finally got to see them. There was a long wait to get my trailer even though it was pre booked and the order was completed online. That didn't seem to matter. There were not enough personnel to handle the number of customersGRAHAM S.

The wait time to pick up was long. The interior of the truck was filthy. It took 20 minutes to clean the coffee off the windshield, console and seat. There was a dustpan full of broken glass on the ramp. Overall, I would drive into Tampa, rather than go to the Brandon location.Brenda D.

equipment came in late and was turned around quickly with no opportunity to address any service issues. When I pointed out that a couple of the marker lights were not lighting, they dismissed it as "you'll be ok" and made no attempts to do anything about it. The trailer had a slow leak in one of the tires, I did not know that at the time, and I do not know if the previous renter reported the issue.Jeffrey H.
