have more staff there were only three agents on a Sunday morning and even tho they were doing their best the wait was still long.

Was told i could not rent a vehicle on Sunday at 12:40 pm. Walked outside and counted 20 uhaul vehicles. 2 trucks 5 vans and an assortment of other vehicles. Walked back inside and said there are 20 vehicles on your lot all i need is 1 hr to drive 6 total miles. A different associate was helping me at this time. She said the same thing. Sorry all vehicles are booked for today. I mentioned i live close by and have never seen the lot empty. After getting very frustrated and and raising my concerns in a manner where other customers could hear me the lady mentioned i have a reservation at 1pm & can get you into a truck. I explained my frustration that being told twice by two different employees that all vehicles are booked and now you have a truck i can use in 20 min or so. Not to mention 20 uhaul vehicles on the lot. Very poor management. I counted at least 5 employees, three working the counter. Employees clearly not doing their jobs and turning away customers. I had to argue with an employee to get them to rent me a truck for 45 min. All vehicles were still on the lot when i returned. This store also allows illegals to hang out infront os the store and solicit work. The back of a uhaul is open and they sit in the back of the truck and hang out. 5 illegals were also throwing dice in the corner of the parking lot in the shade. Hire a manager and get your store in order!

Customers should not have to upload the pictures of their driver’s license. The employees need to do a better job verifying equipment and billing. I experienced multiple issues that the employee did not resolve, despite saying otherwise.

U-Haul's return process is EXTREMELY BAD!!! Not being able to pick k your preferred return location is bad, not being told what location they've liked for you til later is bad, and their stupid system finally assigned me a location that was over 3 HOURS AWAY! Of course I refused and just took the truck to a nearby location, who at first would it a let the truck, finally after a lot of begging and pleasing they agreed. Terrible e,experience overall I'll be sure to look for an alter active next time. Then the "moving help" service assigned me a team to unload the truck I who were all DEAF AND DUMB! Couldn't communicate I ate with them on where to put tbings... I'm Ok for hiring the hands called but this should have been disclosed in advance - how ridiculous!

Just an FYI I always rent from this location. Not necessarily because it is close by (I live near several U-haul stores) but because they have exemplary customer service and I never have any issues or a wait to be assisted. Keep up the great work guys/gals!!!

Everyone on the staff is polite, professional, and most importantly, very competent. Whatever they are getting paid, they need an increase. Sharon, especially. She helped me so much this past weekend, September 14th, 2019 when I was in a very difficult bind and I appreciate her caring immensely. Great job all!!!

The mileage out was 5344 but it was recorded as 5323, and I had to pay $22.89 more for additional 11 miles. I rented a utility dolly but when I arrived at home, I found it was not not in the car. I know I had to check more carefully before I left but anyway, I cannot give a good rating.

Tried to online checkin. The vehicle wasn’t in an accessible location. Staff tried to set me up with a different truck but there were complications and the manager was nowhere to be found. After 30 minutes of just waiting around the one person on staff gave me a different truck to get me out of there because the line was getting very long.

The truck itself was very clean and worked great. However, staff left a message after the truck was returned about "extensive damage" and to call them back right away. No damage occurred, which was confirmed in person a week later because I could not get someone on the phone to confirm, but someone (presumably the same incompetent employee) accidentally charged us $700 for mileage, for a 4 hour rental in which we drove less than 50 miles. I am STILL waiting on confirmation from the manager that this has been reversed, return calls have been promised but never received.

There is WAY TOO MUCH technology in the mix. Asking customers to click a link and then take photos of their driver's license while standing at the counter is complex and it took 3 people to get it to work for me before they'd move forward with the contract. Then, upon return, the website would break each time I tried to take a photo of the odometer on my phone so I had to call customer support who kept me on hold for 20 mins before simply telling me to take photos on my own and then call back in the morning. That meant I spent 30mins in a dark parking lot trying to return a pickup I'd only used for 2 hrs. Main message - simply the rental and return steps!! If this was a preview of your process, I'll be using enterprise for our main move now. p.s. no parking for customers is unacceptable

Customer Service is so excellent at location in Falls Church, VA that I drive 22 miles out of my way (and past 2 closer UHaul stores) to rent there!
