First time using the auto transport trailer. Couldn't have been easier. Ramps slide into place as easy as the U-Haul trucks. The wheel straps really hold fast and the surge brakes were solid.JASON G.

The poor young man who was working there was overwhelmed he was there alone with about 15 people trying to return or rent plus people wanting propane at that location he was doing the absolute best he could with so many people I spoke with the manager of the location and told him what was happening and he just didn't care he kept saying "I understand " and "yes mam " to me but when I asked directly if he was going to do anything to assist his reply was " no mam" the large trucks that were being returned were taking up the very small parking lot and the poor guy working there was literally running trying to assist everyone. It took 2+hrs for me to get a trailer that I had earlier reserved and we had to hook up ourselves the location manager is a jerk and is no doing the name "Uhaul" any favors.Karen P.

Customer service needs to be more pleasant instead of acting like the customer is bothering them. When i returned the vehicle i had to go back to the location so the would check it in. 30 minutes before closing and there were 3 oeopke having McDonald's and they still hadn't checked in the vehicle. Better way of returning equipment. They waited a week before telling me our equipment was returned late. Luckily we had time/days stamped photos (We always take photos of equipment numbers at the drop off location) we took at drop off to prove them wrong. Not happy.Jessica S.

Could not open the cash drawer and had to use a credit card. Last time I used a credit card you over billed me and it took months to straighten it out. When I returned the truck this time I paid cash. If you charge my credit card again I will talk to my lawyer. I will never use u haul again and will not recommend you to anybody. You guys now have my credit card number and I don't trust you to keep it safe. I am not happy about this.Thomas F.
Management of personnel has really gone down since last time I rented there probably a year or 2 ago, extremely slow service .It took 1.5 hours to complete trans action, it would help if there were some signage saying that you no longer will hook up to a bumper hitch,, that was not ever checked until ready to hook trailer to vehicle, we had to wait for another vehicle which was about 35 minutes of the problem but the rest was on the uhaul people. Also the guy who hooked up the trailer and was supposed to check the lighting did not, He made a comment about needing to put trailer iinto maintenance when it came back. I was following the vehicle pulling the trailer and the brake light or right turn signal did not work from the go. This is an accident waiting to happen. This used to be my favorite location for renting but no longer.Gregory G.

The location was convenient and the rental process easy but the two people working when I picked up the rental really need customer service training. I got no smile or greeting. There were long silences where she was looking at her iPhone with no explanation of what she was doing. When she did speak she was curt and hard to hear. I would have put it down to her having a bad day but she was the same way when I dropped of the rental. There were thee other people there when I returned the rental and only one of them, the older gentleman, welcome me, engaged me in conversation and thanked me for my business.Lelia B.

Your location at 31th & 129 was excellent they didn't have the size vehicle that I needed so they refered the 21th st location I rate them as excellent for booking my reservation and the location. Well Done!!!!!Karin N.
I had made an reservation for a truck. As I leave to pick up the truck. I am texted twice to different locations to pick up the truck. I get to the 21st street store only to find that I unable to rent the truck that I reserved and waited all day to pick up. I could have went to closer U-Haul store closer to my house but I went ahead and rented a truck from the 21st location. The customer service person was somewhat understanding of my frustration and offered to give the 29.99 truck for the 19.99 truck ( the one i reserved). During the point of sale transaction she received a personal video call from a friend and proceeds to place my debt card over her to the phone so her friend could see my debt card information. She finished me up and I left. After looking at my final bill I was still charged 29.99 for the truck and didn't receive my promises 19.99 price. I am beyond frustrated with my experience with this location. Will never return to this location for business. If I reuse ever U-Haul again? I don't know because this experience was just awful.Brittany D.

The attendants were not very friendly nor helpful when unloading the trailer. I went inside and all three were gathered around the computer and weren't phased by my questioning if anyone was planning to remove the trailer from my vehicle after waiting in my car for about 5 mins.Travis T.

When we arrived at the store there was no one there and the doors were locked even though it was supposed to be open at 8am and we arrived around 10am. We called customer service around 10:15am and sat on the phone with them until 10:50am and while we were waiting another car pulled up and sat next to us for about 20 minutes before the passenger got out and unlocked the door. I'm very displeased that the employee sat in his car for at least 20 minutes before going and unlocking the door know there are customers waiting for the door to be unlocked.Catherine R.
