Unfortunately, we were unable to return the truck before closing time and had to hide the key. I was waiting for 7:00 to call them and before that, I received a very rude call from the manager. I repeatedly tried to call, but no one answered the phone. The reservation people were very courteous and sent a message.

attemped to pick up vehicle on line thru your ap, but your server was down and people on the phone couldn't help either. the associate could have cared less about damage I was pointing out. off I go down the street a short time I notice looking on the dash flashing is TPS right rear tire at 27 psi should be up in the 40's - 42. 6 miles of my trip was to turn around go back and have it taken care of. open arrival they did not gave a squat and left customers pile up as they did remedial things ignoring people. and then when you get help totally rude and disrespectful.

The customer service by the male manager was not only painfully slow, but he was incredibly condescending to a long time repeat customer. Get with the times. Slow and an arrogant attitude is not a good combination.

It was unbelievably frustrating that when we arrived at the Mailbox 1 Hour Photo location that our 15 foot truck was not there. We had to wait an hour and a half to get a new location figured out and had I drive out of the way to get it. I wish I would have gotten the 24 hour notice I was promised in the contract to figure it out rather than the day of.

Your customer service people need to be more informed as to what they tell customers can/can't be done at the actual locations as we were told we'd get help with the car dolly only to be informed they don't. The persons on location did do it for us, but we were told that's not the case and that they could be liable as to why not!

The gas fee is crazy expensive! $30 just to pump it and less than half a tank cost over $75! I had forgotten my wallet at home and had to leave the truck without filing up. I understood there would be a fee but come on. Over $100 for less than half a tank. Really? The gent who lives by lake Ki was really nice and helpful.

At the time of checking out my uhaul, I had made a prior reservation for. I was told to be careful of the over night drop off. The man who helped me said, this is everett, if you drop off your truck with the right amount of gas And some homeless man cyfins the gas out of the truck you drop off, you (myself) will be charged for the gas. This was very surprising and unprofessional I feel. How could I be responsible for something after i have left it at the uhaul location as instructed?

Came in to Uhaul twice and never greeted both times. Sales person didnt explain contact to me at all. No real interaction with me at all. He took so long to ring me up i had to swipe my card 4 times. And they would not give me a refund on unopened furniture blankets that were not used.

The back sliding door was difficult to open. We had to bang on the top of it to get it to move up. I had to jiggle the steering wheel to get the key to turn on .

This method is the best way ever to move! I'll never have to do it myself again. Thank you for a great experience. The move from Seattle to Phoenix was done without damage and was done efficiently. Moving help was great to work with. Friendly, careful, and quickly got the job done. ????

This place should have a better available parking spot for a customer to park their own vehicles while renting out the moving trucks. In my case I was advised to park my car half block away on Albertson Dpt store parking lot, that is having sign clearly that any unauthorized vehicles will be towed away with no assurance that U-haul customers will get any exception. Thanks.

I didn't want this location. When I signed up online it said I was picking up at the store on the 800 block of broadway in everett. However my confirmation text then switched me to this location. When I called the location I wanted the representative was incredibly rude could have cared less that I requested that location to the point I told her she needed to learn some customer service skills. She didnt apologize for it being changed

I reserved a truck and opted to do the self-servicing option where you may avoid lines by performing all the check-in steps online. The Everett branch didn’t seem to be the best place for this option. I still had to wait in line to get the key, and either way you have to wait in line to get a code from the clerk. The self-service option only seems to save the clerk’s time and having the customer perform all the other tasks.

I was given my U-Haul with a quarter tank and returned it with a quarter tank. I was charged over 50 dollars for a “fill up fee” which is a total lie. I will NEVER use U-Haul again because of this. I just spent almost 400 dollars to rent the thing for a couple days and then get screwed out of 50 more?! WOW.

Way under staffed, took over 45 minutes to reach the front desk to rent equipment. Once returned, was ignored for another 15 minutes. Poor customer service and extremely long wait times.

1 waited in line for 1 hour. You need to have more help on the weekends. At one point I stood waiting in line without moving for 20 minutes. At the minimum you neef ectra peopke outside helping people load up equipment and leave the people in the office. I'm sure Uhaul can afford to pay a couple extra people to help on weekends when it's busy Thank you

There was some confusion on what I had arranged with the people over the phone and when they confirmed they confirmed everything I had arranged but when I went into the Everett office they were unaware of my arrangement of where I was going to drop off the truck so I'm not sure why they're computers could not see that but every time I confirmed the appointment the corporate computers could see the arrangement.

Kalien (hope I spelled his name correctly) provided excellent service and set me up with my 20’ truck. Even took the time to adjust the rear view mirrors. Much appreciated cause I’m not getting younger and this moving stuff seems to be getting harder. Upon dropping the truck off with a few minutes to close, he helped me reserve another truck for another day and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him.... thanks for his kindness and professionalism.

Love the people at the Everett Uhaul and the Ubox warehouse. All went splendidly. Not so much so with the off site people: didn’t uniformly know warehouse closed on Sundays, or that a pickup truck can’t pull 2 containers. Caused me to schedule and reschedule as this info was not the same from phone call to phone call. Also, not each cancellation went through to the people in Everett. Generally, love Uhaul, but a number of glitches this time.

Well, this location was fine. However, I had reserved a 6'x12' enclosed trailer and did not find out until the night before I was to pick the trailer up that if I wanted to get that trailer I would have to drive about 160 miles round trip just to get the trailer. My wife had to call and complain and we ended up getting a 5'x10' enclosed unit. This is not a very good way to do business. Someone should have brought the trailer down to the location that I had reserved it from.

I had a great experience the guys that you all were very accommodating I have nothing bad to say aside from the fact we had to switch motorcycle trailers the first one I was given some of the screen on the ramp was in need of repair but once it was recognized they had no problem switching it out for me so all in all they went above and beyond and as usual most of the time I've always had great experiences with U-Haul and a couple times I've had an issue at all it's been resolved so I'll continue to stay U-Haul customer

I rented a cargo van, the customer service was good, of course there was a wait but reasonable for the amount of customers to uhaul employees. The transaction was very smooth both picking up and returning vehicle. Although the van was for the most part clean, it looks like the previous customer moved hay in it and hadn't really swept the van out, it was not a huge issue for me but something I felt should have been taken care of, otherwise great experience!!

I asked for the AT about 3 weeks ago and that t pick it up at Everett store on Evergreen. Instead they set it up for Lake Stevens. Luckily they had one at Evergreen store. The ratcheting tie downs on the front were all seized up from no lubrication. Got them working but was frustrating day. The people in the store were good

picked up my equipment and a Upack box. Upack lady was outstanding on the pickup and return. The Pickup people were great with getting the equipment ready and me out the door. The return people working were less than desirable attitudes. One of the guys should find a new job he just looked and carried himself as nasty.

The Ubox was poorly built, and a hole opened in it during shipping. Some of our stuff fell out and was damaged. I repeatedly called the manager of the Evergreen Way store, and received no response. I understand that accidents happen, but you need to make it right. They didn't even show us the common decency of answering the phone or returning our call, much less reimbursing us for the stuff they destroyed. The woman who delivered and picked up the boxes was very nice. There weren't any pads in one box, so she came back the next day to deliver them.

It wasn't so much the location but from start to finish it was a hassle didn't get the reservation right and was given multiple different locations to pick up. And none were close like the original location was spent along time just trying to be able to rent and pick up.

Everything was great. Check in was smooth and truck was clean. Morning staff very nice. At the returning of truck the staff member was different and the not the happiest of people. He was the same guy who helped when I picked up some boxes a few weeks before. Being in a customer service position he should try to be friendlier and at least act like you like your job. Smiles are free and he should try to use them.

On the positive side, the employees were very courteous and helpful, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. On the negative side, there were very few places to park when I came to pick up the van because the lot was jammed with rental vehicles and the street parking situation is poor. I had to park in a nearby business lot, and was worried about getting towed. There were more spaces when I brought the vehicle back. Another local U-Haul location I have used has a very spacious lot in comparison.

The guys at site were beyond sensational. Thank you! The gal I spoke to on the phone when I called to confirm my appointment was nasty. I believe her name was AJ and she may have been answering at a regional or national line. I dont know. She wasnt at site during my appointment. I am from the midwest and we always try to be polite. So I am stunned when I speak with someone in customer service who clearly hates people and gets bent about being asked a simple question. That was the only negative in my entire experience and it wasnt enough to not recommend this location. The guys more than made up for it with their customer service.

Trailer was beat up, but served its purpose. It was smaller than ordered and I had to go to a different location further from my house and they forgot my furniture pads, but reimbursed me for them. Not a bad experience, just not up to normal standards.

When you someone is sitting in their car to return a dolly please ask them if they have a return . I wa in the return line in may car wanting while an employee was walking to tracks starting them up pulling in front of me this went on for a while he walked by me at least six times I even tryed to say can I please get some help anyway in the end I had to bring a heavy dolly in I'm a older woman with a bad heart

I had a reservation time confirmed and then I received a text a day before my reservation stating that the time had been moved back 90 minutes. I understand things may happen, but I felt that someone should have called me and asked if that would be okay rather than just do it without any consultation.

Harley, district mgr. was great and stepped in to resolve a major problem that occurred. Ali, a supervisor in scheduling in Seattle was rude, not at all helpful and unprofessional. I spend hours, literally 1.5 hours on one call and 1 hour on a second call trying to resolve an error on u-hauls end. I was transferred multiple times because there was nothing uhaul rep could do but they would transfer me to someone who could. The person they transferred me to couldn't do anything so they'd transfer me again. One call I was transferred 7 times with no resolution until Harley got involved and resolved. Wait times on hold from one transfer the other was over 7 minutes. Very unprofessional all around except for district manager, Harley.

U-Haul’s resolution ability was lacking, not just at this location, but overall. I reserved a truck in Lynnwood as my preferred location. I was not aware this was not a guarantee of location. Then when I arrived at the incorrect location, I had inadvertently cancelled my reservation (an “Are you sure” dialog online would’ve been helpful). The gentleman there was not very interested in being helpful (his name tag said he was the general manager, or something along those lines). The gal I spoke to over the phone in Everett was very apologetic for my inconvenience, but was unable to help me. She sent me to a regional dispatch number of some sort where the rep was quick in assisting. She told me to go to the Everett location, but upon arrival, the employee behind the computer did not see my reservation. Ultimately, I was able to get a truck after about an hour, all for something I thought I had reserved and paid for two weeks in advance. Even tho my issue was eventually resolved, it did require a lot of work on my part, and for that I would warn any friends or family looking to do business with UHaul.

Have a conversation with your installer about customer service!!! The guy is a dick! I drove over an hour to have the hitch installed by uhaul. When i arrived the installer told me i couldnt leave the one single ladder on my vans ladder rack. I said why? Because of the height? He said yes. ..i said the rack is actually taller than the ladder, so it wont make a difference if i take it off anyway..He had a really bad attitude and said "nothing can be on the roof". So i said i would just take it off, and asked if there might be a place i could store it while he installed the hitch? He said "i dont know where your going to put it"! So i went in and gave another guy the key to the van and i asked him about the ladder since it was not any taller than the rack and he actually walked out to look. (Which tells me that there probabaly isnt a policy of not allowing anything on the roof anyway!) He asked the installer if it would fit in the building which it easily would have and he was told it has to come off! So i said where am i supposed to put it? The 2nd guy asked the installer if i could store it off to the side of the room and the installer said no again with a bad attitude. So neither one of these guys could even offer a place to put the damn ladder or offer me a lock so i could lock it up! I had to spend 30.00 on a damn bicycle lock, and take the ladder down and lock it up on the side of the building to a pipe! Then he pulls the van in to work on it and i look and there is about 3ft of space above the van!! I dont care that i had to take it off really, but i should have been told about a height limit ( if there even is one) and he should have loaned me a lock! But mainly the guy was a dick head and i almost walked out, but i needed the hitch on today. On top of that, the wiring job was a joke! The plug is hanging from the cieling of my van! Its barely long enough to shut the door! If i knew this was the workmanship quality i would have gone somewhere else! Im going to share my experience on line i think. Sick and tired of people doing crappy work and charging for quality work and being a dick in the process! I own a company and if one of my guys treated a customer like this guy did i would fire his ass

I noticed on my email confirmation that they have the wrong equipment. I called the 1-800 number and got it changed to the correct equipment. However when I showed up to the location they have the wrong equipment for me and could do nothing about it. This was a terrible experience and left us hanging in a bad position. I will probably never use u-haul.

The one positive aspect of my u-haul u-box delivery service was meeting and working with Eloise. She was wonderful. (She delivered and picked up the box.) My dissatisfaction lies in the fact that I was originally guaranteed access to my box in the destination location on a certain day, but was told (right after the box was taken from my home) that the box would arrive on the day I was supposed to start my new job. Trying to track down what happened caused a lot of stress and time on the phone. Ultimately, the box was three days late.

Complete the job on the 1st appointment. The wiring for my trailer hitch was still not completed after my 3rd APPOINTMENT. GM told me why it wasn't his fault. Lots of holes there don't you think. As my wife and I were leaving he said to 3 employees,"I guess I should fire all off you." you need an undercover boss in there bad.

Normally a great experience with this location, this time though the truck had stains and greasy/sticky on all surfaces, food and crumbs, empty beer bottle behind the seat and reaked of cigarettes. The exterior was in similar condition, definitely upset paying $80 for a vehicle I returned early and barely used because it was so disgusting I didn't want to really use it at all.

Ship UHaul Boxes to another location in Everett. The staff was rude and took their conflict with the moving contractor out on me. I ended up paying an extra $93 above the MovingHelp.com contract price because I was forced to rent a truck to deliver my boxes - this was supposed to have been included in the total contract price. Done Right Moving & Labor was outstanding in their performance and prepared to fulfill the contract as provided but the Everett store wouldn't work with them because of a past error. This is my second move using UHaul boxes and the end of this move was a nightmare.

Our pots did not arrive on time for pick up or departure. We paid rent on the three pots while they just sat waiting for pick up. I would call your 1-800 number and got as many information about the pots as I did when I set up the pots. I think that it was just to get me off the phone. I waited days for the pots to come at our new location than when empty I would call the operator and was told that the pots are on the way and the driver would call me. That isn’t what took place. I didn’t care much for the three empty pots for days and was told when I called again was told that the pickup would take place on Tuesday. The driver arrived this Tuesday afternoon and took the pots. They sat in our driveway for days before the pickup. I called that they were ready and empty. When I set up the pots I was told that when they left, St. Clair Street, they would stay in Bellingham. That was not the case. We paid for the pots in Everett WA for days. I asked for a copy of our conversation and still waiting to see one. I was told they would mail it to me; another, I was to go to your web site to get the recording, once I was told it would be email to me. NOTHING! The combinations between your scheduler and drivers need to be upgraded. I would be told that compensation would be for the many delays and mileage between Everett and Birch Bay. I haven’t seen that at all. They rental of a truck at the U-Haul on the Guide Meridian Is a hold another issue. No! I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone nor will I use it again.

I would recommend that if your Smokey point store does not care certain trucks then they should not except reservation for them. It was a very bad communication break down which cause me to drive a extra 30 miles to the next U-haul which I was charge for. We experienced the WORST customer service. Pretty much from beginning to end! I called a week early to reserve a 5×8 cargo trailer. I called my local, close dealer but got transfered to a call center. After making my reservation at this location he said Iwould get a confirmation call within 24 hours...I did not! The day before I was to pick up the trailer. I got a text telling me I had to pick up the trailer at a different location 9 miles away instead of the one requested at 2 mi. It was too late to find a trailer elsewhere. I called the local dealer and he said he had no trailers, and it was no longer a policy, as it was years ago to move rental equipment around for the benefit and convienence of the customer. When I rented the trailer, the agent was not very knowledgable and even MADE A MISTAKE and charged me for 2 days. Upon returning the trailer, when my husband spoke to the 'Manager' upon returning the rental about the lack of customer service he gave us no customer service. We were inconvienenced. U-haul used to be a great place to rent, but there are just too many competitors in this area to ever use U-haul again.

The suggestion is really just for UHaul, the cabs on trucks from hot places like the southwest always stink pretty bad from B.O. maybe figure out a way to wash/change out the seat covers between rentals or something. Don't lie to and cheat your customers. Your employees refused to let me is my own vehicle to tow the Ubox I rented so I was forced to use a pick up of yours. The employee who set it up did not verify the mileage or indicate where it was located on the contract. When I returned it and they told me that I used more than double the miles I had actually gone I said that was incorrect. The guy behind the counter refused to adjust the mileage and threatened me with collections if I didn't pay the full amount. Unacceptable unprofessional and negligent. I shouldn't have to worry about a business like Uhaul cheating me. I am a member of the United States military i would like to think my word is worth something.

Made reservation over the phone a week in advance, received confirmation that trailer will be available at specific location (near my home). 3 days before rental received another email confirmation. On the rental day, equipment was not there, pickup location was changed without notifying me. Talked to location rep - no help, customer service transferred me to regional management that offered no discount or even slightest excuse that I have to drove 40 mins through traffic to another location just to pick it my trailer, then asked to returned it the same day because it's already booked by another customer. I would not trust U-Haul with any rental, I've had much better experience with other smaller local companies.

I have been renting from uhaul for 40 years, and never have I had to wait in your stores how I am now waiting. Every store is understaffed which makes the customer wait longer. The other customers that i spoke with in line are very frustrated with the poor/slow customer service. Also your process for reserving a truck or trailer, or any rental over the phone is extremely flawed. I tried to rent/ reserve a trailer (3) times, and it failed every time. That process needs to be improved. The people you talk to are not knowledgeable at all about the product and are in Phoenix Arizona and are not in communication at all with the local stores. I tried to rent from a store in Washington State, and the girl in Phoenix didn't even know if the store in Everett Wa. had the trailer i needed. And that was the third time I tried that phone process and they failed me everytime. I had to physically go to the store in Everett Wa to schedule the rental myself. We got it done, but no customer should have to go through that to simply rent a trailer. Uhaul needs to spend some time improving their rental process because it is seriously flawed.

Tank should be full. 3/4 is a scam. If tank is full then there is no guessing on when to pull nozzle out of tank when filling with gas. I shouldn't need to accidentally over for gas. If I'm short though though there surely is a charge. I was told there would be a Dollie in truck. Got to my destination and found no Dollie in truck. Had to leave my destination and drive 65 footer to lowes to purchase Dollie. Store owner/partial owner was swearing in store cause he was mad about something. This place was a joke.

No one ever answers the phone. Calling and waiting on the phone for rediculous amounts of time and never getting an answer is unacceptable. More than once we had to just drive to the site to even get in contact with anyone (which was not close to us as the closer sites lacked equipment). Equipment for self serve ubox was not available at stated times. Severely understaffed warehouse leading to limited hours for access and wait times of over an hour just to get your ubox. Overall we found the communication and procedure to be very poorly executed. We would never recommend this service to anyone else.

I reserved a 26 foot truck 3 weeks before my move. When I go to pick it up I'm told that they changed my reservation to a 20 foot truck because the 26 footer was taken to another state by mistake. Nobody ever notified me of the change until I went to pick up the truck. Morning of the move and I'm left with a truck that won't fit all my belongings for my move. On top of that I had to pay the same rate for the smaller truck. No discounts, furniture pads, handtrucks or anything thrown in to try to make up for their incompetence. Not even a sincere apology. Very poor customer service.

I keep coming to this location even though I live in Lake Stevens.. I don't feel like I'm 'taken advantage of'. I look at the reviews for one of the uhaul places in Lake Stevens, and I cannot take a chance on the bad reviews they've received. I cannot take a chance on bad customer service, gas, etc... I like this location, and in this instance, I had gone there without a reservation and they actually had a truck readily available so I could move a last minute piano. I was so pleased!! I also trust their trucks. I will continually go to this location.

Get rid of corporate and your completely inept people who made mistake after mistake, making this stressful move almost unbearable. I made a reservation IN PERSON at the Everett location, and "corporate" kept texting, calling, and emailing incorrect info over and over! Also your new procedure of giving out trucks with less than full tanks makes it absolutely impossible to turn it in at the same level it was upon rental - how do WE know how much gas it will take to go over a pass???? Who wants to guess and run out???? So you just got a half a tank of very expensive gas out of us just like you do probably out of every other user. Unbelievably unfair and you NEVER used to do that you greedy bastards. We will never use you for a move ever again.

I will not recommend U-Haul ever again. I ordered a 26' truck online for pickup in Shoreline at 8:30am on Saturday, a week before I needed it. I received a text on Friday afternoon stating that I had a 20' truck to pick up in Lynnwood. When I called to verify that I had the 26' truck I had requested, I was told online was just a "request" not a reservation and others had reserved before me. I could pick up the 20' in Lynnwood or go elsewhere. When I called Lynnwood to confirm the 20' truck, I was told it would be ready for me at 5:30pm. I had requested an 8:30am pickup. Lynnwood did not have a truck available but Everett did. I was told I would get the truck for $175.00 and not the $200 I was quoted online for my trouble. My call to Everett confirmed a 20' truck for 5:30pm pickup. Had to again request an 8:30am pickup. Finally agreed to pick up the truck on Friday night instead of Saturday morning with no extra charge for the extra day. Picked up the truck Friday and had to make two trips in the smaller truck and when I turned the truck in at the Mount Vernon Uhaul, I was told I had to pay for being over mileage, an extra $38.00. When I looked at my receipt, I didn't get the $175.00 charge but was charges $240. plus $38. for extra miles. Never again UHaul! Never Again!

The truck and experience was good. The location in Everett stinks. The equipment is great, getting in and out is of the rental location is a pain. The staff is great the city and the location of the rental location is the issue.

The turn around location is very complicated. My online precheck in was almost useless because of the long lines. Also better disclosure of the 1 hour rule would be helpful. We had an issue come up and weren't able to pick up right at our time. Being told they were about to give away my held trailer wasn't what I wanted to hear after having to wait in line for a half hour.

We truly were extremely disappointed with what happened with our experience this time around. We had booked and paid for our 10' truck two days priors to pick up and when we arrived at the original location (UHaul of Lynnwood), we were told someone from the call center in Arizona had called to cancel our reservation so we were left with no truck for our move. The gentleman at the UHaul of Lynnwood location was able to find a moving van but we would have to make the 6 mi. drive to UHaul of Everett to pick it up, which was not only an inconvenience of time, but also extra mileage with multiple trips back and forth when we could have completed the move in one trip and back up to Everett to return the van. This has never happened before so we understand we may have just been unlucky, HOWEVER, nothing was done to make up for the great inconvenience that was caused. We were told we'd be given a $50 credit but not only did it not make up for what happened, but the credit was never received. The women who answered my phone is professional. There were 2 guys at time of my pick up and return one is Skylar and big guy, Skylar helped me out where as the big one was lazy and didn't want to answer me properly when I asked him if there is anyone in the office on returning the car. After I got home I found out that Skylar over charged me by adding $14 insurance which I told him in advance that I do not want insurance since the distance was only 6 miles.

If are selling insurance to your customers you should explain the insurance coverage. They have a booklet behind the counter and didn't even give me one. I am been using uhaul for 17 or 18 years with no issues until now. I accidentally broke a taillight and had paid for insurance. But I was still charged 142 dollars for the light to be repaired. So if this is the manner in which you chose to run your company then I can take my business elsewhere. I am in customer service and upper management myself and this is totally unacceptable. Why sell a product that doesn't benefit your customers but instead benefits you as a company!! They charged me for fuel when I filled it but they estimated it when it was parked on a slanted hill, and I believe I should not have been charged $30 for fuel. The truck had glass in it so I had to sweep it out and swept it again when I was done. This was not a fair place and they do not take care of their equipment.

Both locations ,Marysville and everett and uhauls website all need a huge improvement. Truck wasn't where I scheduled it, it was 15 miles further away which cost me more in time and money. The truck cab was dirty inside and out with the gas light on. And the uhual location was so unsafe they expressly said not to leave a vehicle there. Basically I paid more to use the truck for less time , further away and to sit in a dirty truck cab my whole move. I'll never use uhaul again.

They did not inform us to drop the truck around back. The manager argued that they always do. There are signs, but the parking lot is hard to get into and navigate around trucks and people so we didn't see them. They also charged the card we held it with even though we told them we were paying cash at pick up. Again the manager made nasty comments that it was our fault that he didn't know because we went into the building to pay and they ran the card outside at the pickup. Poor communication. Until this I would have rated them much higher. He was very full of himself.

I had ordered a 7 wire plug and hitch through the call center. When i got to the place they had only the 4 and said that's what was ordered. The installer went above and beyond to help make it right so it could still work on my trailer. Great customer service in the store just wish the call center could have gotten it right the first time to make easier on the guys in the store.

When picking up the trailer I was told I could lower the tailgate to the ground by undoing the chains. Later I discovered the quick links were spot welded in place. Not good. I also had wiring installed to tow. Very poor job. I ended up redoing it when I got home.

I have made more moves than I care to remember but this one was excellent. I can see U-Haul has taken some major steps to improve its processes. The ability for the customer to check in via the internet 24/7 is a great enhancement. On a personal note the employee who checked me in was exceptional very professional and courteous.

We made a reservation for a 15' truck. When we showed up they had no truck for us. The guy who appeared to be in charge spoke rudely to his employees in front of customers. We ended up with a truck twice the size than the one we reserved the barely fit our driveway. Bad experience. I will drive further away from home next time so I don't have to deal with this locations rudeness and incompetence.
