I am very disappointed with the online reservation system. I reserved a truck and a furniture dolly to move a piano; the online system said everything was available. Upon arrival at the location, there was NO dolly available for me and I was offered no other option available as an alternative. We had to break out backs to lift that piano, because your online system did not have a clue what the inventory of the store actually was. Very disappointedDimitra E.

Staff was extremely rude. This location was busy, one employee was just wandering around and watching stuff happen while there were 5 people in line and the gentleman that was helping me was yelling at my driver to get out of the way when we had nowhere else to park. On morning of pickup there was a line out the door. Computer problems and only one person working left the team member in an uphill battle. I want to commend him for sticking with it. He never got frustrated but calmly explained what was happening. We had a great experience thanks to his efforts and those who helped with hook ups. I will continue to use UHaul!Mario V.
First the pick up was annoying having to wait 45 min even though we completed pick up online. Second- the billing is a disaster. We gave a cc to be charged the day of drop off. the account/payment is still pending. We are being charged late fees. Every time I have called I have to wait on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes and that's been 3 times so far. This problem has still not been resolved even though i assured it was taken care of the last time I called. I'm ready to make a complaint to the BBB if this is not resolved soon. Oh yeah this time I have now been on hold for 36 minutes. The worst experience with Uhaul so far.Kristjan K.

5/15/21 reservation. Great customer service! I arrived to pick up the truck and there was a line with 6 customers in front of me. There was one clerk working. Despite being busy, the clerk maintained a positive attitude at all times and provided great customer service to everyoneâ€”even the angry customer who complained about the long wait (~45 minutes).Annalisa M.

The trailer was dirty and smelled of oil when I picked it up. When I got to my destination I discovered that the trailer had leaked in numerous places and most of my belongings were wet. I tried calling twice today only to sit on hold for over 20 minutes each time. I'd like someone to call me and expect that there will be a significant credit offered based on my experience.Kyle T.

Too much to write so I'll keep it short. Super long hold times to speak with customer service, so you need to hire some more customer service agents badly. The â€œreservationâ€ system for the â€œfree first month of storageâ€ is garbage. It is a complete misnomer because it implies that the customer is granted storage but you fail to mention (or maybe it is clearly hidden in the fine print that nobody reads) that it is COMPLETELY based on availability. We â€œreservedâ€ a unit in Bozeman, where we were moving to, but there was no availability, so the â€œreservationâ€ was completely pointless and we had to scramble to find a space, which was not ideal. Overall I would not recommend U-Haul.Benjamin E.

Very disappointed. They charged us for 150 miles of usage. Which is double what we expected. We calculated what we had done...at only 75 miles. At almost $2.00 a mile that was an additional $150 dollars. We have had great experience with U-haul in the past...but this was the first time we used the Kenmore location. Probably not going to use them again if they are double charging. We also had wanted a trailer and site said it was available only to find out it was not and thus we had to rent a truck.
