Female Manager and employee are the worst. We came there on Sunday and I allowed my girl friend to go and setup the pickup, she was sent back by the rude white female rep there saying they're not open? She sent her back home until I came back and asked why despite we were told the prior day that it was available, she was soooo rude unbelievable that she still works there, I asked for a manager who told me We were both wrong for arguing about the matter??? OMG what bunch of uneducated, uninformed with no customer service training employees you have at this location. This stupid manager said renting online and picking up right there was possible then I asked why the rep never said anything but decided to send us home instead as if the location was closed. Finally picked up the truck 5mins later after booking online, but our moving was delayed due to this brainless manager and employee at this location.Cedric O.
The truck we received was filthy! It took me half a pack of wipes to get the steering wheel alone clean! It was so sticky and nasty!! There was stuff spilled (food) all over the dashboard and cup holders! I felt very dirty once I got out of that truck. For the price we pay plus gas...it should not have been the case!MARILYN E.

I reserved a Utility Dolly and an Appliance Dolly. I received a Utility Dolly and a Furniture Dolly. The furniture dolly was of absolutely no use to me, yet I was still charged for the wrong equipment. Also, I made note of the truck being dirty, sticky, and covered in dog hair (which caused an allergic reaction for myself, as I'm very much allergic to dogs). For some reason, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee, even though I stated that the truck was dirty upon my arrival, instead of the person who dropped it off prior to my use being charged, who in fact was the person that left it filthy. Especially during covid times, the fact that this publicly shared truck was NOT cleaned thoroughly, top to bottom, is frankly disgusting and unsafe. This location reflects very poorly on the business itself, as I've never had an issue like this at any other U-haul location in the United States. Completely disappointed, and overcharged unnecessarily.DANIELLE G.

Pulled the truck into the drop off location at uhaul and went into the store to drop off my key and talk to the employee but no one was in there, after about a 5 minute wait a girl came in and I told her I just dropped off the truck and she said, " I just need the key and you are all set." She didn't come out to go over the truck or talk about anything regarding any damage (which there wasn't any) or gas. I was kinda shocked that she said that to me because I have rented uhaul's before and have never had that happen to me. I think she was the only one working and she was overwhelmed. I also was told by 2 different people that it would be $40.00 to keep the truck for an extra day and the next day I looked at my account and there was a charge for $116.00. Tried to call corporate and was on hold for a half hour and still no one answered so I hung up. I still intend to call about the $116.00 that I was charged.Tracey C.

The truck did not seem to drive very well on the highway, pulled to the right amd made a very loud noise. I recieved the truck on less than a half a tank and returned it with more gas than I recieved and didn't recieve a reimbursement . I did not feel safe in the truck at all.CHRISTINA D.

#1) have clear signs to where the line starts as I had walked in and went to the right and waited in what I thought was a line. The next person to walk in the door walked straight in and got helped right away. There should be signs saying where the line starts. #2) The truck I used (5150) had a VERY hard time starting. The first time was in the Uhaul lot. The second was at my first stop. The third was at my second stop. The fourth was when I put gas in it to return it. That should not have happened.Catherine C.

One of your employees was wearing his mask BELOW his nose the entire 20 minutes I was inside to pick up my vehicle. I felt incredibly uncomfortable especially since the room is small and had quite a few people waiting in line and there was not even a plastic barrier between us and the cash register. There was also a customer not fully wearing her mask and neither of the two employees said anything. I was incredibly disappointed by this, please make sure your workers are abiding by the mask rules and enforcing it otherwise the small space and time in line could easily spread COVID.Eli T.
