When I walked into the store I was the only customer in there, I went to the front desk and waited there as two men stood talking and joking in front of me for about 5 minutes. Finally he acknowledged me and I told him I wanted to rent a van for 1 day but I asked him “What if I wanted to rent the van for an extra day?” And he responded “no I actually can’t rent this van to you anymore, you need go to another location”, I question why and also pointed out that there was 8 vans parked outside not in use, and that I was just asking if I needed to rent it for more than 24 hours if it was a possibility. He gave me a hard time and reluctantly rented out the van to me. Horrible experience and extremely rude, I could tell he instantly judged me because I was in my construction work clothes.

Despite declining safemove coverage three times (when I booked, when I changed the reservation, and when I picked it up) I was *still* charged $112 for it. I don't think it was the fault of the clerk, because the people next to me at pickup also had safemove automatically added back into their order after declining. I will take my business to Penske from now on.

I was wrongfully accused of not returning a 15 foot moving truck because the employees didn't check in the truck properly. Once I suggested they checked their parking lot, the truck magically showed it was checked in an hour after I actually returned it. That took three hours and 5 calls to uhaul to get resolved. For anyone thinking of using uhaul, don't! For anyone that doesn't heed my warning, demand a receipt of return!

When I checked out the truck prior to leaving the lot I saw that the dolly had no seal on it. As I did not plan to use the dolly I did not want to be charged for it. I flagged down an employee and was told that they ran out of seals but not to worry as I would not be charged. I guess I should have gotten that in writing because I was charged 7 dollars per day for the 2 days I had the truck. I sent an email to the contact listed on my receipt ( 801051_GM@uhaul.com) but it has been 3 days and I have heard nothing. I would like to rate this location higher as the employees were helpful and I was easily able to renew my truck for an extra day. I realize that there may have been a mixup about the dolly seal but I think 3+ days is way too long to wait for a reply. I would have appreciated anything, including a short email saying they were looking into it. Instead I got nothing but silence which is really annoying.

make it easier to extend reservations online or switch vehicles if needed. allow for more photos of truck exterior damage when doing the rideshare pick up on your mobile device. allow for change of mileage posted when picking up vehicle when it differs from what was last posted to uhaul. I paid for 4 miles that were not mine due to a wrong odometer reading upon pick up of truck however could not make the change on the app.

The gas reported on my contract did not match what was in the tank. Called U-Haul and said to take picture of gas and mileage so I could show the manager when I returned the truck. But I had to return the truck during business hours. That mean I had to drive the truck home instead of dropping it off after hours. That added 20 miles and I was billed for that. The interior of the windshield was pretty dirty.

I pre-registered even pre-paid I expected to walk in the office and be out in 10 minutes but no, had to wait, two people were there who had nothing filled out and they waited for them to do all their paperwork before they waited on me.

I originally reserved a 26 footer to be picked up in Lake Stevens. Two hours before my pick-up time someone called me to tell that not only is the 26 footer not available but the pick-up location has changed to Lynnwood, which is much further away from LS and ended up costing me more in fuel and mileage. This is terrible customer service but very little blame should be on this pickup location.

The actual staff was helpful but the app to return your truck was horrible!! Apparently the site went down, couldn’t verify our location, flat out didnt work! After 45 min in the parking lot, left the truck and keys. Called from home, an hour later the agent said we should call in the morning, after 4 calls long hold times, no call back from the store our truck was considered check in. We wasted so much time, it was very frustrating!! Every agent we talked to was friendly but no one could actually help us.

This location does not provide deliveries for U-Box, and charged the moving help to rent a trailer which we had to reimburse them in cash for instead of using the card we had on file.

Arriving early after being shipped x-country, our U-box with its contents was secured in a shipping container on site thus keeping it dry. The crew set up our car to tow the U-box on a trailer.

My experience from moving east coast to west was seamless using uhaul u box. Their customer service was excellent and friendly and with all those miles absolutely NOTHING was broken or damaged.

I got a UBox and talked with the employee there who said to let him know when I was finished to ship it. Came back and he box had shipped prior to me being finished. The box was going 3500 miles away

This is 2nd u box move. dates confirmed in emails do not match what the stores have. The employees at the uhaul sites had limited skill on the software program and had to call other sites.
