The uhaul motorcycle trailer is the best trailer all around for hauling your bike. Super cheap. I was over charged in the beginning and the worker I turned my trailer into corrected it for me without me even asking (I felt like I got my money's worth so I didn't want to cause any more work for them). The two gentlemen that helped us were excellent. The problem is with your scheduling system. We arrived to find that there was no trailer available for us as I had reserved. Instead, one of the gentlemen had to drive to another location and pick up a spare trailer there. Even though we were a little latte arriving to the UHaul facility, because your reservation system isn't the best, we had an extra hour of wait time before we could leave with a trailer we had reserved days before.robert D.

The return process was very bad. I asked the associate for a final invoice/receipt and they would not provide one. They would not provide me with anything other than verbal confirmation that my vehicle was returned so for all I know I could have been charged for extra time even after I returned it.Cass J.

I was rented the wrong truck than was on my contract. So using the information on the contract I had to buy more gas than necessary because I had the wrong information. There was also trash in the back of the truck when pulled out for me luckily it was already bagged and the CSR removed it before I took possession. I also wasn't able to verify my before mileage, needless to say driving the trucks around the lot for parking and cleaning can add more miles than the last contract ended with.Angela M.

Dropped off late evening when store closed. Tried using the link sent to do after hours drop off. It didn't work. Next morning-even though the truck is there-I am charged $40 for an extra day. I called. Was told it would be resolved and management would call me back. They didn't. I am so thoroughly disappointed.Robert Lee Iii C.

I rented the truck for 24 hours paid a extra 20 for after hours service for returning early. Took truck back with full tank charged for gas if you add miles driven you will find it doesn't make sense. Service was HORRIBLE the lady who works in store is rude to customers and her co-worker he almost quit while I was there I didn't have any cash or I would have given him a 50 for just putting up with her she tried to skip me and wait on her other customers and I told her I was waiting she is simply the worst. But she got me back by adding all those extra charges. Was thinking about renting a truck this weekend to move washer but I changed my mind after this experience.Tonette S.

Don't call and accuse customers of not returning the keys to a truck when the customer did. For that reason, I'll never rent a uhual from this location again. There's a reason I do the mobile return..to avoid covid and the ignorance from employees that don't know how to verify a return before calling and making some wild accusation. Yes...I'm going to return a truck to the location I rented it from..just to keep the keys....sounds logical doesn't it?Drew P.
