Rental truck was excellent Sales person was in a hurry to close at the end of the day and he didn't explained our questions he didn't showed us the rental truck he just gave us the keys inside the store and we had to do everything else he didn't explained how to do the pre inspection

Really nice, polite, professional staff who were helpful and happy. When you're moving, you're stressed, but inside the location it's clean, cool, and you can find anything that you might have forgotten to pick up, so NO stress. Even the call to check on my ETA when I was late with the return was calm and kind. What more can you ask for? Keep doing what you're doing!

I disliked the 2 phones number verification for customers. Not everyone want other to mind their business. If I have another option on the future which require less involvement of a second person to my business to rent a car , I will use that one rather Uhaul. The person I interacted with was neat and professional.

When we got the truck, the fuel is extremely low. Went straight to the gas station, put 5 gals. Went to Long Beach to get my stuff out and took it to a storage in Alhambra, drove it back to Rosemead. That should be more than enough. My only mistake was I just signed without looking at the gas gauge or your truck only gets 5 miles per gallons. since Rosemead to Long Beach is less than 30 miles away. 60 miles round trip. 60 miles divide by 5 gals equals 12 mpg.

When I returned the vehicle, I confirmed that the vehicle was in good condition and the representative advise it was. I left and 10 minutes later, I received an invoice with a $25 cleaning charge. I immediately called the store, they picked up and said, " please wait without even coming back to the line

I went in to reserve a 10-foot u-haul truck for my move, and I meet a U-Haul representative named Billy, who greeted me and my wife with a warm welcome. Billy was great he was very helpful, made our experience with this U-haul location very stress-free, he was kind, smiled a lot, and answered all of our questions. Billy also prepared our U-haul truck to ensure that it was all set for us to take it off the lot.

I’m unhappy with the new requirements uhaul is putting their customers through. Why is there a need to call 3 additional people and confirm the numbers when you have a copy of the DL and CC. It’s embarrassing and the cashier that took my order was enjoying himself to my unhappiness. He didn’t even inform me of how much gas I need to fill up. He then gave me the keys and said “the truck is parked over there” and went back inside. Seriously???.... The only person that was sincere and professional was the guy that checked out the truck at drop off. All in all I would NOT recommend uhaul with their new rules, requirements and customer service to anyone as a first option but if your in a pinch and uhaul is near then it’s a different story.

Change process so that Customer references are already contacted in advance. It was a waste of everyone’s time doing this while customer is there to pick up the vehicle. Other Customers all had to wait in line while these phone calls occurred, which were highly unsuccessful in the day of age of robocalling and telemarking calls.
