The gas gauge didn't work properly in the truck so over full the truck by alot ask if they could refund the difference, I was told no we don't do that .... and that was that. They need to fix that , so other customers like myself don't fall into that trap... I still would like a refund on the difference...

I rented a $29 midsize truck. A rearview camera would be great! difficult to see the back by yourself, always need someone in the back to guide you.

Stop charging bogus gasoline. I went out of my way to fill up gasoline from gas station before returning. After leaving Uhaul location, got an electronic receipt via email. $10.50 was charged,. Store said it will be refunded but still have not received any credit yet.

Customer service at the store needs to be more better and customer service that responds to you online chat needs to be better they were pretty rude. Spoke and responded like they want to help in anyways.

The truck cleanliness was ok, but compare to some other review I read from another place this seems good. Good thing my location was closeby because the gas left in the tank was only about 3/8 left. I wish they would just refill the gas to full before they rent to people.

The computer system need to be faster. I book my Uhaul on line and when I went there to pick up, i still have to wait for another 30 minutes.

I signed up for the U-Haul 24/7 at least a week in advance. However, on the day of I was not given a key code, but had to wait about 30-45 minutes until opening time to pick up my key because it was the store's policy. There shouldn't be "24/7" advertised if that wasn't the case and if that was truly the policy, the customers should get a heads up in advance, because it's a waste of time.
