The drop off drive is narrow and awkward- it seems to funnel into a small dead-end area. I was surprised to be charged for going over mileage.

Picked up truck with the App. It was not user friendly, why did I have to scan my ID and prove identity day of? Could have done that before I needed access to the truck. Had to go find the truck then walk all the way back to the front to open the safe with the keys. Not going to use the app again.

The online service was supposed to make things easier. It's not. You make me go find a truck which is parked away from the office with no guidance of where it might be to then go back get the keys and then go back and inspect the truck. Why? Have your teams park the trucks near the entrance OR include directions of where things are parked from the start and change the order of tasks for getting keys and then finding the truck. There is no reason for you process to make me go to the truck twice.

I arrived at my pickup time of 8am, and they could not find the keys to the truck I had reserved several weeks in advance. They were able to find me a new one, but it had not been filled with gas. This process took over 30 minutes and then I had to pump gas in the truck. I had scheduled moving help, and my experience with this Uhaul center ended up setting me back in schedule for my moving day. The representative was very polite and helped to the best of his ability.

The only issue I may have is trying to find the lock box QR code maybe if you could put a sign there to tell us where to go, it looked like someone might've just stuck something up there, I had to go back and ask someone to show me where it was located, that's it. The people were GREAT and willing to help, even though it was a line they were all really really nice & pleasant.

I do not agree with the fuel charge. I put fuel in and the mark was so close it was immeasurable. I told the rep the mark they put on the check out sheet was a little high and I brought it back very very close to what I left with. Rep that checked me in said if it was that close he would see to it that I would not get charged but I haul shows adding 2 gallons. Definitely disagree.

I had reserved a trailer, but when I arrived, I was told that the wiring needed to connect it to my car was not in stock and would take up to 10 days to arrive. At that point, having no other choice, I changed my reservation to a truck, which was much larger and much more expensive than I actually needed. This feels like a very big mess on U-Haul's behalf.

My u-Haul online experience was a disaster. Could not find my reservation. When I finally did, I could not check in. Moreover, I could not return the trailer using the online service either. When I called the customer service department, my wait was over an hour. The App and functionality were extremely poor designed and not intuitive at all.

Help your team out with well-functioning computers and network. They were constantly apologizing because of glitchy software. It took three of them to try and fix an over charge on a guy's rental because the user experience for a refund is so bad, the young man trying to help the guy couldn't refund an overcharge of 5 days rental. Tie down in the trailer I rented was torn off the wall.

Location was nice and employees were nice, truck was clean. But the ride was so rough. And I just needed a truck to haul some things from Cincinnati to Walton KY. It cost me $180 for the truck and then another $30 for the gas. .99 cents a mile is RIDICULOUS. I asked if it would be cheaper to just drive it one way and he said no. So I had to drive it all the way back. I couldn't believe how much it cost.

This location is the best in the West Chester-Mason area. They have a large truck size selection & availability. I had to extend the hours and they did it without a problem; when we retuned the truck, a young man assisted us, and told us to park and go, he said that he knows when we brought it back and will email me the receipt. I was a little nervous but when I got the email everything looked correctly, he gave us credit for the fuel, the hours were right- over all I highly recommend this location.

Canton location (pick up), almost an hour wait, couldn't find reservation, didn't know how to run a credit card, rude, didn't know where truck was. Sharonville (return), unorganized, hard to get in and out of, lied about “service charge” on gas. Gas gauge extremely close, seems like a scam to charge people more money. U-Haul general - App sucked, wouldn't load credit card, couldn't do mobile pick up. Overall experience AWFUL!

The folks were helpful—when they were present. I was def displeased by the waiting for service. No one seems cross-trained. AND: the reserve to acquire UBox disappeared and I couldn’t be helped. 😠
