My only negative was that I originally intended to rent a trailer but couldn’t because I wasn’t allowed to use my 2002 Explorer to tow it. Overall experience was still good though.

Thank goodness the employees here were smart enough to figure out the mishap from the checkout location! They knew we were in the wrong truck and that we clearly couldn’t have driven 50,000 miles in 3 days!

Your online mobile return/check in was an issue for me. For some reason, your software couldn’t verify my location when I went to return the truck. My “share location” program was on and I tried to return using your app multiple times. At this point I called your 800 # and waited a total of 40 # mins (the second hold was 30.4 mins and spoke to 2 of your reps. The first was not competent. Put me on hold twice and couldn’t remember why had called. The second rep, was pleasant, but kept insisting that it was my responsibility to contact the store where I rented from to insure that they received the truck. This is why I waited on hold 40mins. To let U Haul know that the truck had been returned to the same location rented from just 4 hours earlier, the gas tank topped off and with no damage. I would like to end with this, the truck was fairly new, clean and served my rental needs. It was available at my reserved time and the gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and helpful. I will rent from UHaul again, but I sincerely hope there is a much smoother process for returns. Thank you,

The time spent to do the paperwork is too long. Also, the website is not very good when using a smartphone. The system did not allow me to pick my drop-off location.

The guy I met with in the morning was great. The guy that inspected the truck when I sropped it off was great. The truck was clean and worked well. The gentleman who was working the counter on 10/12 around 1700 was snarky, rude and the last person you would want providing customer service. His attitude is not conducive to a positive client relations image for uhaul. I would have given 5 stars if I would have not ran into this guy.

The fellow that waited on me was not very helpful . Seemed he wanted to stay in the air conditioned office and do his job . Trailer was a very good trailer .

While the location was indeed nice it is not the location I choose when I reserved the truck and no one informed me that they had moved my reservation so in all I went an hour out of my way to get the equipment! And email or text informing of the change would have been nice

This was not the location I had selected which I did not find out until I arrived to pickup the truck and trailer. This was extremely inconvenient! They could have emailed or text to inform me the change had taken place, but instead I wasted over and hour of my time.

When I dropped off the truck (before the business opened in the morning - I did the online process for after hours drop-off) there were other trucks parked in the driveway blocking the parking spaces. I had to park in the driveway right at the entrance and look for an employee to tell me what to do and he told me to leave the truck there. He said to leave the key in the door instead of dropping it in the box which made me nervous (what if U-Haul claimed that I lost the key?) However he was really nice and I haven't heard anything so I think everything is okay. It was just a bit confusing and disorganized and my partner had to park his car in a no-parking area to pick me up.

The folks were helpful—when they were present. I was def displeased by the waiting for service. No one seems cross-trained. AND: the reserve to acquire UBox disappeared and I couldn’t be helped. 😠
