The staff worked slowly. They also initially told us that our truck was right out front, but it wasn't. When I went back inside to say it wasn't there, they said "oh your truck is across the street"- which is a 45mph 2 lane highway with no crosswalk or traffic light. I couldn't believe they wanted me to go get the truck myself.

John MI was given the wrong type of dolley and had to go in to ask for the right one. There was a dolley included in the truck that was securely fastened and when i dropped off the truck they said i broke the seal on the dolley as if i used it but i did not the gentlemen who originally remted me the dolley was very kind but i dropped off to someone else who was very arrogant and judgemental.

Bill WMy car carrier would not stay tight on the wheels. Whenever I hit bumpy roads I had to stop and resecure the wheel holders. No matter how tight I made the rachet they would loosen up and the metal piece would slide and the wheel holder would be completely off my tires. This made my travel, two 11 hour days, more stressful than necessary. When I told the folks about it when I dropped it off they blammed me for not having the rachet tight enough.

JESSICA Broadside assistance took 5.5 hours to get back to me. I am a loyal customer through Uhaul who uses many of uhauls a year. I thought at the very least they could do was assist me within 5 hours, leaving me and my crew with no A/C in the hot PA summer heat. I am disgusted by uhauls poor communication and horrible customer service. I will fuel another moving business with my purchases.

With how much I've been through with them losing my items, telling me I owe money after losing my items, and not having an app or answering service that is user friendly. I should not have to jump through so many hoops to get my items. The app doesn't allow you to schedule anything and doesn't even give you the correct receipt information. The customer service department doesn't write anything down so I've had to explain to 7 different people what had been happening

Robert HCharging a customer $25 for a cleaning fee is bad business. I returned my rental empty and debris-free. It had been snowing and raining and there were shoe-prints in the back and for this, I was charged a fee. There will be some evidence of use!
