She was extremely rude. Hopped into our car without asking. Didn't hook the trailer up. Didn't have any tools to help get the trailer ready. There was trash in the trailer that she didn't take out. She LOUDLY complained about us being a pain in the ass the whomever she was talking to on the phone because she “couldn't get to the bank” by 11:30. She was awful and I don't believe she should be a uhaul dealer.

The mileage I use was 80 miles and they were charging me 129 miles. they also quoted me a 17' truck for $ 29 and when I went to return it they said it was $39 a day. Lack of comunicatiin. They helped me out but after 2 hours of my time. Never again am I using u-Haul.

When I received the uhaul truck the odometer read a different number than was on the contract. Vehicle information should be double checked to ensure customers are charged accurate prices for mileage. Had I not checked prior the mileage prior to leaving and the contract details when it was returned I would have been billed over a 16 mi difference, and fortunately the check in representative credited me to reflect the actual mileage done

The customer service was decent. It was the actual poor maintenance on the vehicle that was very horrible and unacceptable. I could not go past 35mph with out the whole cab shaking and trembling not to mention I had to drive 40 miles away then back another 40 miles to drop off the truck. It was a very unpleasant drive, I also mentioned the problem to the location where I got the truck from only for them to tell me to call the 1-800 number. If I could give this raining no stars I would.

I am horrible at backing up a trailer. I needed help returning it and if it weren't for the help of a stranger, I would have had to leave it in the middle of the parking lot. This store has a really difficult location/set up.

I overfilled the tank by 3/4 of a tank. It required only 1/4 but I brought it back full. I had allotted for a certain amount of miles, more than enough to cover the full move but when I dropped off the truck I was told that I went over the miles. The cost was approx $4 or something but the gas alone was over $25. He looked at me and said, "you went over but it's okay I will take care of it" ... of course you will, I just gave you $25 in gas. I found it both annoying and condescending. I wouldn't have gone over the miles if they had been input properly as requested when I picked up the truck. Giving that $4 'discount'; is the least he could do since I gave him $25 in gas. I should've been given a refund based on the gas requirement differential. SMH. Not impressed and sort of annoyed.

I never spoke to anyone at the Vance Jackson location. I returned the U-Haul through the online service.

Just be sure to give customer correct info. I did not get a truck with a full tank, yet they said tank was full. Truck only had half a tank when I got it. I called immediately after I left the location and told Carlos, the manager about it but apparently he didn't even make a note. Upon return, I was told I was supposed to turn truck in with a full tank of gas. Good thing, I took a photo.

This was the second location for me. The original pick up location had given me a truck where the AC did not work, and the check engine light was on. This was after hours so I called customer service, after being on hold for over 30 min, finally got through and we picked up from this location. There were 2 additional holds on my card when I returned the vehicle for some reason. I had gotten a $50 credit, but when I was returning the vehicle through the app, i kept getting an error message at the end of the process so I was unable to use my credit. Horrible app. Horrible experience. Will never rent from U-Haul again and will let my colleagues know as well.

Maybe have two employees instead of one taking care of outside and inside. Especially with this covid deal . You will be able too get people in and out , instead of having them lingering around the store. The guy working there was extremely productive. But alot of customers to one man.

Oh my goodness, where do I start?! I was on a road trip from Texas to Ca. My car was having the worst time pulling my little trailer. After visiting two different locations & not having any luck. Ms.Lavern took us right under her wing! She helped us so much and took her time! Now my boyfriend & I are city kids but she helped us out so much with how to pack things better in the truck too even showing us how to hook up the tow dolly for the car step by step! I can't tell you how much she was a god send to us! Thank you so much Ms. Lavern for ALL your help & kind words you were truly a GOLD lining in an almost nightmare of a trip!

There was only 1 employee and line was out the door. Price for a small vehicle trailer was $60 versus a large 6x12 which is $24 for the entire day..I had trailer for 2 hours...not good.

Online process was easy and very convenient. Literally took 5 minutes picking up and 5 minutes drop off. UHaul employees friendly and knowledgeable. I have used this UHaul location several times and will continue to.

I made a mistake in drop off location but the trailer was dropped off by330 on Sunday at the location on 410 and Vance Jackson! the guy who took it in never asked me for the contact. He never logged it in and I was charged for his mistake. I have rented three or four times and even though this location is close to me, I will go to another location!

I reserved a larger trailer and once I arrived I determined that a smaller one would do. I asked was their a price difference and was told yes. My credit card was charged for the larger trailer. I requesting that my credit card be credited for the difference. Once my credit card has been credited for the difference than I'll change my recommendation. Thank you
