The lady that helped me at this location was amazing. My lights weren't working and she figured out which fuses I needed. I purchased fuses needed and she put them in for me. She definitely went above and beyond. The name Paula Hoyle is on my receipt so I am not sure if this her name, but the lady who helped me deserves recognition.

It was the most pleasant experience I had. I usually go to the Broadway location, but HATE going there. The TEAM that worked at the WEST SACRAMENTO location on Sunday were awesome. They were speedy and professional and made us feel welcome unlike the other locations we've been to. Moving forward, we will be taking our business to the WEST SACRAMENTO location for all of our needs.

Communication was not adequate. My box was delayed, and they failed to notify me when it was actually delivered. I went to the store to unload my box at the scheduled time but the staff informed me that the door of the storage area is not working, and that I have to come back in a couple of hours to unload. I just wish they called to inform about the need to postpone my unloading time. I had to take time off work and drive all the way to the store only to realize that I can't unload my box.

The truck was immaculate! Both experiences were great. The second truck was almost brand new and drove over the grapevine with a full load with no problem.

Parking lot arrangement is -trash-. The way the lot is designed gives the impression that the sole entry/exit is an entry-only, Both "lanes" of traffic are oriented to go towards the back of the lot, which has no exit. Trucks were lined up nearly blocking the road access. Nearly Trader Joe's level bad parking lot design. Not specific to this location, but I also nearly canceled my reservation when you requested that I scan the front and back of my license to upload to your severs. This is TERRIBLE security, and I absolutely no NOT trust you with that information. I can't believe that you need to do this, rather than just getting a photocopy that's stored at the specific location.

I was rescheduled several times within 24 hours of my original reservation. After calling to make sure my 10am pickup time truck was there, when I got there had to wait for the 10' truck to arrive. I was called several more times that day from other locations saying my reservation was ready 8 hours after I picked up the truck

drop off location was given as 5 miles from my house,when there is one large location up the street,literally! not convenient at all.

Only 1 person working, waited about an hour only for them to give my reservation away. This happened because there was only one person working and wasn't paying attention to who was doing what. Never again will I use UHAUL.

Worst experience ever in life I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy first they called and wanted is to bring the U-haul way early then what we said we asked to keep it till 7pm they called before 430 talking about bring it back they made a mistake that it belonged to another u-haul place and there coming to get it and then they said we didn't have a license. so I go up there ask the person who rented us the truck why they are bugging us in the middle of trying to move that we said 7 she said she did not remember us so I ask them to play the video from when we came in she did not have access I tried contacting corporate no luck nobody helped nobody did anything it's I'll never go there again they need to training in customer service and the manager\supervisor needs to be fired I will never ever go there again and ima let everyone know how dirty they are

Be advise to the Costmer how ujali work specially for those costmer who rent the first time this was my first time to rent haul truck.Uhaul charged me $110 for only for 8 hour .Evan I asked for 10 hour but they didn't let keep the truck for 24 hour.In 24 hour I had to more than $300 dollars.So from now I will not go back to get ten uhaul truck For new costmer they need guid about there rules .I don't think they want explain about there policy they want to just rip costmer's pocket.So please i will not recommend to any one to get rental truck from uhaul.

Well, first off...I couldn't get the U-haul at scheduled time because the previous person was still using it.. The previous person was supposed to return the truck by noon (my scheduled pick up time) but seems like the workers had no idea that the truck was not back as scheduled...So she called the person when we were at the counter to ask if he's on the way with the truck (they should have called the guy before we came to make sure the truck was coming back as scheduled for the next reservation). Unfortunately the person wasn't able to return the truck for another hour...so we had to drive back home to wait. Second, I reserved the U-haul for 6 hours because we knew that we needed that much time... so when we found out that we were unable to use the truck at noon as scheduled, we had to switch some plans around and when they called us (an hour later)..we couldn't pick up the truck until 2 ish so that cut our time pretty drastically. Nothing towards the rep that was helping us. She did what she could given the systems that she had. It would be helpful if they had some kind of alerts to when the trucks are due to be returned. Maybe the reservation system needs to be updated with which times are available/taken and schedules can be an hour apart for sanitary reasons.
