I reserved a truck weeks in advance and when I got there the worker lied to me saying I didn't reserve it. I called into the reservation office and they confirmed I did reserve a truck. The guy just wanted to get customers out of the store. I was moving that day and U-Haul let me down.ANDREW M.

Parking area is too small. Very little room to move around. Was not an issue for me and my rental but i can see where someone renting a large moving truck could face some issues. The small size of the parking / storage area is an accident waiting to happen.Steven B.

the online check in was a little slow as i got an error message that i was at the wrong location for 10-15 minutes was painful and the 1-800 line never answered, finally the GPS worked and i got in. Beats standing in line as there were 12 people in line! keep making improvements on the online check in, it's the way to go.Scott H.

The location is crowded and there were several vehicles waiting to be checked in before mine. I was told to just leave the truck with the keys and my contract inside it. Later that day I was charged an extra $56 for turning it in late, even though I had left the truck with an extra half hour before the turn in time. Very unhappy with the lack of service I received.Cassy K.

The lock box to drop the keys off after hours was broken. I was only in town for the move, and would be three hours away from that location by the next day. This is a major issue that should have been reported so that my scheduled drop-off would not be selected for a location that is in practice unavailable. Had I not known someone who happened to be in the area the next day, I would have been facing yet another massive inconvenience throughout the rental process, which I would be fixing for Uhaul. Additionally, I was charged a fuel fee for returning a truck with a quarter tank gas MORE than I picked it up with. That is absolutely unacceptable and extremely dishonest, they've essentially stolen a quarter tank of gas from me and charged me an additional fee on top of that. Insane.Jordan H.

I've been overcharged. I disputed the fuel on the check out. Sent in a picture of the fuel gage before I drove off the lot. On return I was charged to being the tank up to full when I had put $5.00 of gas in and only drove 14.9 miles. So the gas I added back more than covered the fuel used. I have pictures of the start and finish mileage/fuel. Also when I was given the keys I was asked if it was ok that it wasn't full on fuel. I stated I didn't care because of the low miles I would need it for. My fuel dispute on check out was because the fuel was less then what was stated. The truck engine wasn't going into gear so it would rev really high and I would barely be moving until it kicked into gear. Then the alignment was so off that it was so hard to turn right.Latrica F.

I had placed a reservation for a truck at 4pm. We showed up at 3:58 and got checked in quickly, but come to find out an employee had taken the truck we rented to go get a tool. We ended up having to wait around for 15-20min for the employee to get back. This put us behind on being able to pick up the item we were renting the truck for causing the person I had helping me to be late to other engagements he had planned for after returning the truck. I feel like for the inconvenience we should have gotten a discount but we barely got an apology for the inconvenience.Eleanor S.

Horrible. Purchased the biggest truck available, loaded it fully with big furniture and the engine would not start when we were ready to move. Had to jump the battery and took an hour to start up. Had to keep the engine running while unloading the entire truck. Truck was quoted to me being $39.99 and even with the mileage only being 15, the total bill ended up being $150. Tried calling all locations to speak to a representative and was on hold for 45 minutes and still never was able to talk to an agent because because they were closed by the time I made it back to the location with the truck. I will be calling tomorrow for a full refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!melissa T.
I returned this vehicle before my rental. Was over I returned it at 3:45 PM it's listed as being returned at 5:45 and I was charge for an extra rental. I was also charged for a cleaning fee which makes no sense do you expect the vehicle to be cleaned by the customer there was no unusual dirtiness in this vehicleEric J.

Gas they charged me after it wasn't clear at half a tank and I was about in the general area of the gas and they fkn charged me so much... like I just spent easy money only went 34 miles and you charged me so much.. never will use uhaul again they need to be more specific cause no way these vehicle get 4 mpg I only added about 800 lbs between my passenger and the cargo.. no way! Moneys right n they're gonna take advantage of us.. take a hike uhualRAMON P.

I keep reviewing this location because it is first-rate. I can't say enough about the helpful attitude of the staff and the kindly attitude with which they do their jobs. Particularly, Gianni is always careful to get the paperwork right and your vehicle ready in the shortest time. He even offers to get my mirrors adjusted for my short stature.
