I attempted to use the mobile app to process the return after hours. The app would not move past the point where you shared your location to confirm that I was at the correct location. Tried several times and finally gave up and dropped the key inside.Reginald D.

Return staff was extremely helpful/personable. Checkout staff was polite, but indicated that the fuel level was just under full when it was actually just over 3/4 tank. Visor bracket fell out of ceiling when I folded it up. I could not secure the rear door latch, despite using all of my 300 lbs on it, because the insert slot was bent out of true. I feel that made it unsafe for my use, but didn't notice until I was finished loading, so there we are. Return tech was able to get it, but he was very fit and still struggled. Generally the service I receive at this location is very good. People are generally nice to work with. I was very confused by the on-line check-in process. I did not know where to find my assigned truck and wound up going inside, where I was told the truck was out front - but there were several trucks. There was no indication of which was mine, how to proceed, or how I would get keys for the truck.Martin I.

The only complaint I have is that the utility dolly was not properly secured upon truck rental. The seal was still intact, but the dolly was not secured. Just a reminder before the next customer receives the truck.daniel C.
we got no info from the associate in the store when picking up the truck. got an email as I was pulling out of the parking lot about checking the truck for damage and cleanliness, called the store and was told I'd have to come all the way back to the store. I needed help, so I called the location and spoke with Bonnie. She was one of the most unhelpful, unprofessional, and argumentative people I've ever dealt with. She had no concern for my problem and gave me incorrect information. If I had other options, I'd never use U-haul again.Michael S.

They messed up our reservation twice. We were lucky and they had one truck left and the person at the front desk said we could drop it off at any location at our destination once we were done. Naturally that wasn't the case and ended up having to drive it almost and extra hour so we didn't get charged extra. It was absolutely ridiculous. I understand one issue but we had back to back issues and it makes me never want to use them ever again.Grant R.

After everything was finished I had no doubts and would fully recommend again, but during the move I was still unsure about 'how-to' truck return details, and worried for hidden fees. There were a number of other 'ride share' users I interacted with during the process that shared these concerns. Ultimately claiming "someone will work it out tomorrow during office hours". Not sure how to fix, but that was my only source of concern.Warren W.

Night & day compared to other locations. When picking up, there were multiple issues ringing up the order, no equip inspection, and an overall lack of customer service. When returning, they locked up early and had no interest in dealing with my equipment return. Sadly, the mobile check-in is overly time-consuming and unintuitive. Won't rent here again.James C.

The equipment was fine. The manager was quite rude. I was rushed during the process and treated condescendingly. if I was not on such a tight time schedule I would have walked out on him right away.
