Been at the storage unite through 3 or 4 owners. You by far have been the best ones.
Everyone there were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this location. They were awesome in every way.
The unit assigned to me was being used it had a lock on it and we had to call to get a new unit
Every time I went to the storage and had to talk to someone they were super nice and polite they worked with me and treated me with kindness and respect
Had several issues since the first day.
I called your company office on the 31st of March to tell them I have vacated a unit that day. I was told it will be noted. I checked again on the 11th of April because I got a notice of payment reminder. After calling the local number to ask about this, I was told they had no record of me vacating unit.So now I payed a half month for NOTHING. Mike Hofmeister
Everything we great and the staff was super helpful. My only criticism would be some mice pooped on a couple of things. Not sure how you completely prevent that.

Was unable to get into the storage facility with my card and was never given an access code

Had a room reserved that was on site and heated but when I got there it wasnt cleaned out so sent to different location and both rooms they said were full so we had to upgrade to bigger room.
Don't even get me started........NEVER is the gate closed at the South Broadway location. Anyone and EVERYONE is allowed to come and go as they please...lost $4000 in property, and Uhaul did NOTHING!
Andy and Shane were extremely courteous and helpful.
Break in August 23rd, front gate and side fence damaged, limiting drive in access and allowing anyone to just walk in. Still not fixed. Requested refund, no response, so I moved out. Unacceptable!!!

Our storage area was burglarized. Although we didn't visit often, twice the main entry gate was wide open. The lock required for use did not secure our belongings! We'd like our money back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your national calling service needs to ALERT consumers who rent space here that the first need to go to the Civic Center Drive location to get registered, and to get locks, etc.
STAFF YOUR SW LOCATION. There was no lock, making us drive to civic center drive location twice. We should charge YOU for mileage. Should be sign at your SW place saying GO TO CIVIC CTR DR. Store. Grr
I was not told where or what storage unit I was in the storage unit I was put in requird me to shovel a 40-50 foot path to get to
I had to go to the north store in order to speak with someone. However every time I did each and every employee I met was very friendly and helped me out exactly the way I needed.
U-haul has been the best in helping keep my things secure and safe. I had no worries of anything ever Missi g or stolen like I have experienced in other places. Thank you for your great service u- hau

I rented a storage garage for a few years. Always a clean facility, well lit, and the price was right for such a secure place. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and use it again.

Still have not heard back from to verify if my contract was successfully canceled. I got one bill with a late fee on it. Left another message, haven’t heard since. Not sure what else to do.
Would not help make my due date easier for me to pay. Recieved no refund when I moved out half way through the month.
I would've been better off storing my items outside. The snow from parking lot was plowed in front of my unit which drained into my unit and ruined numerous items. And management didn't care.
