The trucks really need some cleaning and are in bad condition. Windows were dirty on the outside as well as on the inside, greatly decreasing visibility when driving at night. Doors were hard to close, headlights were loose and misaligned, further reducing visibility when driving at night. Staff at location did not follow Covid guidelines indoors. When checking in and comparing vehicle photos online, the photos were outdated, but the app would only allow to "approve" all images or otherwise it would stop responding. Overall, worst U-Haul experience so far, really hope this location will improve.Linus L.

Lesson Learned: DO not book your Uhaul online. If possible physically go into the location you want to pick up from to book your truck. Uhaul locations operate like franchises. This was not my original pick up location. This was a 2nd booking because the truck I ordered online was not available when I arrived at my first location for pickup. The earliest I could get another truck even at a different location was two days later. The whole situation was extremely stressful, and seems to happen at Uhaul often.Jessica K.

I had a storage locker reserved at that location. When i arrived, the employee at the counter showed me the locker in question was obstructed by a ventilation duct which took about a third of the locker. I had to find an alternative for my storage needs on the same day. It was only because of your employee's thoughtfulness that i was made aware of this situation and could react in time. He also stated this particular unit has caused several issues in the past. This storage unit should be removed from your systems or at least be modified so it is the actual size advertised. Please listen to your employees when they raise such concerns with you.Hamza B.

Old truck gaz indicator broken/inacurate. Could not modify or check in on line. Phone line was always transferred to central and my reservation kept getting screwed up. Attendant didn't inform me that I would be able to return the truck at a different location, closer to where I was moving, Three Rivers. Resulting in me paying extra mileage and gasoline, close to 200$. After reading on the dash board, that the vehicle could be returned at a different location. Promptly I called to modify the rental. When your website and APP says CLEARLY that you can JUMP the queue by doing ONLINE checkout for the Trailer (Paid Insurance, Uploaded my Driver License and details, so everything is in the system)... still get told after I HITCH the trailer (very used to that now) that I STILL HAVE TO QUEUE UP for 30 mins in line to have them print the contract ??? huge Soviet Union-style lineup, last-minute change to my reservation pick-up location made by Uhaul with no discussion with me... online check-in not working properly.... nobody answers the phone at 1-800-GO UHAUL, the online Chat is dead empty and no answers (failure).... the agents gave me only 5 BLANKETS but I paid for 10, and who knows if now you'll charge me for the 'missing' ones. Great location. Efficient and helpful. BUT, central booking/office again was worse than useless. My drop off location choice didn't even show up on the list available to the pickup agent so they said just call on arrival. But then I got a text telling me to drop it off at a location which was reasonable. However when I arrived I was told they didn't handle trailers and refused to accept it, despite my specific instructions received from Uhaul. Very frustrating. Thankfully, when I got to the other location they were great. So always call every location before you go, for pickup and drop off. The central office and especially the computer booking system don't know what they're talking about!DAVID L.

Website is hella glitchy, I would have to upload a photo multiple times before the UI updated. At times a radio button would not deselect. On a réservé un espace de location un mois et demi à l’avance. Lorsqu’on est arrivé, on s’est fait dire qu’il n’y avait aucun espace de cette taille. On a donc du payé plus cher pour un espace plus grand. Votre compagnie est très décevante. Je ne la recommanderais pas à personne. D’ailleurs, on a aussi eu des problèmes pour la location du camion. Sans nous prévenir, ils nous ont changé le lieu où il fallait récupérer le camion et le nouveau était à 1h15 de distance. La compagnie n’a rien fait pour nous dédommager dans les 2 cas. Thé website for online reservations works however is problematic when trying to make a payment or upload ID. When trying to reach the location, i kept getting transferred to the central. The people I spoke to (3 people at 3 different times) could not reach the Cremazie location either. No one at the location was logged onto the chat even though it was during hours of operation. It took me over 2.5 hours of calling and waiting to finally be able to upload my ID which was already on file (the system wouldn’t recognize it) and process payment. I received no help from anyone. Then when I got to the location, a padlock was in the locker I had rented. I had to wait in line in order to get someone to give me access to my new unit. (I was transferring from a large unit to a smaller unit. I’ve been a customer at this location for 13 months.) Not to mention I was provided with the managers email address in order to request help and he never responded to my email. Overall, below average service. It’s disappointing.Tania M. | Online Move In
I booked a 10' x 10' storage unit in advance. When I came to the facility on the moving day I was told that the unit I booked is not available and I can only get a smaller one (5' x 5 or 5' x 8'). I chose a 5' x 8' one, finalized the deal and went to check the unit to find out that it has a massive concrete pillar right in the centre (it's part of the building that just happened to be inside the unit that I was given). The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, but I would not recommend anyone using U-Haul storage services because of poor reliability. De plus, nous avons parlé à un employé qui ne nous a pas vraiment accompagner dès le début, info de base mais comme elle savait que c’était notre première visite, elle aurait dû nous dire que l’on devrait passer au bureau récupérer un cadenas puisqu’une fois arrivée au locker c’était barré, pas de service avec lintercom pour joindre un employé, j’ai dû retourner au bureau à l’entrée, pas d’employé dans le bureau d’entrée, bref vraiment pas efficace et adéquat.
