Stephen CThe overall experience was terrible. I was unnecessarily charged extra fuel amount. When I asked the person at the location about the charges, he mentioned that Half tank was provided to us but rather it was quater tank. I was asked to be there at location with proof. He asked me to clean the truck again otherwise he will add a cleaning fees and handed over the broom. The truck was already clean but I had to redo it. To be very honest, it was quite embarrassing. Please train your employees to be more professional and willing to help. With this overall experience, I will never book a truck from this location and would never ask anybody to book from this location.

Jackson BUsed locations 3 times. Each time line up and chaos. Snowed Friday so they didn't take snow and ice of truck. Back door was left open so snow inside. Made job slippery and dangerous. Truck was for 1 bedroom not 1 bedroom apartment. On positive side they kept my moving trolley safe after I forgot it
Herb BKeep it going; above average quality of service is seemingly harder and harder to find these days; great customer care at this location; polite, understanding, responsive, respectful, and friendly. Only recommendation is to set the default tank level at half; quarter gets tricky; depending on where one is traveling a quarter tank may present challenges if refuelling (especially if in heavy city traffic and heavy access to city gas stations). As such with a half tank or full tank puts the mind at ease that gasoline won’t be an issue until the return trip when one has to fuel prior to returning.
Ilia MI already have a favourable impression of U-Haul from past positive experience (often 320 Queen East) but Sadi is the best customer service agent ever. He was friendly and found solutions for every need. Shravan was great too, and I observed him competently and efficiently helping other customers at the same busy time.

Adam MI I picked up a truck that had no gas in it, and was told if i put gas in it I would be reimbursed for the gas, and given a small discount on the rental (like $3). I returned the truck a hour early and got neither the discount or the reimbursement.

Carol LRental experience was merely functional. Truck was available on time, smooth pick up and bring back process. However the truck smelled like a homeless person had slept in it, and it was handed to us with only a 1/8 tank full. That meant I had to refill the tank during the moving, which led me to poorly gauge how much gas was necessary to bring back.

Graham MGetting information and check in was great! The sales representative was efficient and informative. The whole process was smooth. The U-Haul website and dashboard options were also surprisingly supportive - the online check in, the videos (especially the "What can a 15' van hold"? series!); and the ability to modify my timings made me feel in complete control of the whole process! The driving in and out of the parking area also had lots of space, making it easy with such a big van. The truck itself was exactly what we needed: low floor ramp; no frills cab; etc. Suggestions and feedback for improvement: 1) Ride height warning signs are only in imperial - driving signs in Canada are in metric - consider at least 1 updated sticker in the cab for ease. 2) Left mirror continually needed adjusting as it kept tilting downwards as the ride went on 3) 1 more light in the cargo area would have helped, especially since we were doing most of our moving at night time 4) Brakes requires quite a bit of pressure - perhaps a tightening up for the brake lines? Thank you!

Tony RIt's not anyone's fault but maybe something to put on the radar. Canadian winters happen, and the bald summer tires that are on these trucks are straight up dangerous in snowy conditions.

Dominik HCustomer support was good. They didn't have 10ft truck, but offered 15ft for same price. Had to pickup from another location that was 20 min away from nearest. Heads up, out of town (one way) trucks don't have winter tires like some of the local trucks (at least mine didn't). Very smooth rubber on those tires (Arizona plates) for a northern Ontario winter! Received truck with under a quarter tank, $75 brought it to half. Adjust your mirrors and take it slow!
