Had pick up appointment for 9 am. Was there early and waited 20 minutes after 9 before having to leave. Called every number I could for the location several times and no response. Finally got hold of U-Haul who was able to contact business owner on personal cell phone, who said he was “there”. Rescheduled and picked up equipment later that day which made me miss another appointment. Wound up leaving ID at pickup and they didn’t bother to call me. Luckily I noticed it several hours later and had to make another trip back to the location ( 3 trips) . I also told the guy at pick up I would drop trailer off on April 1st and that I noticed my drop off date was too quick. the morning of what I thought was my drop day the lady informed me that I was was supposed to drop trailer off the day before, to which I explained I had originally asked for more time and thought it was arranged. It wasn’t. Then she said she couldn’t text or email me the address of the drop which is odd because it was done for the the pick location. I was able to find the address on an email. Whether she sent it or not I don’t know but she was rude about drop off and confirming location

I scheduled pick up time for 9:30 am 24h prior that. The representative of Unique Motorsports Auto Sales LLC showed up 15 min late, around 9:45 am. He did not work on my reservation and was not ready with the paperwork. The bigger "surprise" was that he couldn't find the truck's key. He talked to somebody over the phone, and I was told that his son will bring the key in 10-15 min. I waited for additional 30 min. and finally I got the truck 1 hour later than my scheduled time. I do not recommend this location.

I think fixing your oversight of your dealers would be a great start.
