Wayne JMake sure you check the trailer out good when you pick it up, when I dropped it off there was a few dents and bends in the trailer that they tried blaming me for witch I had nothing to do with so yeah make sure you fully inspect it

Beverly WBald tire blew upon trip. It took four hours for help to arrive although we were five minutes from a big town. Ridiculous! The Uhaul guy in Deming tried to charge us $3630.00 for the rental, 10 times the correct price. We were supposed to get truck in Silver City and only got 45 minutes notice we were gonna have to go toDeming120 miles round trip to get truck. And we were charged for the gas. Terrible service start to finish. A four hour trip took 11 hours.

DAVID HJunk everywhere, even though it’s a recycling place, there was a small drive, that the man stood inside building and made motion for me to stop. Not a very nice place. Maybe they could move some junk out of way. And not drive little motorbikes in front of you when you start driving

Yazmine CThey couldn’t find the keys to the truck I was supposed to get, so they switched to a different truck, that was not cleaned up, but not really dirty. They hooked up the trailer for my car tow, but did not plug in the wires, so the lights did not work. My wife alerted me, and I plugged in the wires. The right rear taillight on the trailer did not work for brake or turn signal. United Recycling looks like a 3rd world junk yard.
Robert CIt’s not a good place to rent or pick up the truck. The person who owns the property (United recycling) is very helpful, the pick up and drop off service from the app requires some reading but is manageable to comprehend. HOWEVER, days after the truck was drop off, a guy from that U-Haul location (not the owner that was mentioned earlier) contacted me and told me that the truck that they rented to me was wrong and that the keys were missing. I told him that whatever was in the U-Haul app was followed TO THE POINT. But the guy insisted that EVEN THOUGH WE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE POINT, it doesn’t mean that we GOT THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT. I told him that I left the truck where we picked it up, the truck matches whatever the number on the app is, and even dropped the keys in locker number 1. This is really frustrating because I thought everything was good and well after dropping off the truck and paying the fees, it added stress on top of all the stress of moving. I am very disappointed about this and will not choose this location again.

Nills LWhen I picked up my rental t only had half a tank of fuel, when I dropped it off with half a tank of fuel I was charged $300.00 fuel charge because the fuel wasn't full.

Orlando RThe vehicle was completely filthy inside and out. I think they checked all of the mechanical and body components (which were good), but not cleanliness. They offered to clean the cab after we had to show them how dirty it was (The prior customer had spilled some red sticky drink all over the console and on the floor of the cabin). I suggest making sure the cabin is clean before turning the vehicle over to the customer. Otherwise, the service was courteous and prompt.

FRANCISCA RUnfortunately I had a horrible experience at this location and will definitely not be recommending it to anyone. The agent was unnecessarily rude, the truck interior looked like it had not even been wiped down in quite some time As if that isn't bad enough I'm going to have problems with this location come Monday morning. They are trying to charge me 60+ more dollars than what they originally quoted me. Ugh I'm definitely NEVER doing business there again
