This was a terrible experience. The Uhaul dealer was closed on Friday when I returned the truck. Truck had to be left in unsecure location. I made two trips with car filled like a fishbowl to take the blankets to the other Uhaul dealer in Tupelo to turn them because I was concerned that they would all be stolen out of the back of the truck. Tried calling for days to make sure truck was successfully checked in, no answer. Called regional mgr who took care of it immediately. Thank You Jon Bottman. The other Uhaul dealer in Tupelo, Uhaul moving and storage was wonderful, very helpful with this whole mess.debra H.

We were misled and sent away, left to figure out on our own the information that the dealer could have given us herself. Very poor customer service! Had to travel twice to receive my truck rental, was offered no apology or discount or any kind of regrets to all the trouble that it was.Joshua C.
I went to the location where the website said my trailer would be and it wasn't there. The lady at the desk said no your trailer is at another location. I asked where that location might be and she was unaware because she wasn't from the area. If the U-Haul company is going to change the location of where you pick up your equipment, it really needs to let the customer know this before picking up the equipment. I wasted a lot of time trying to track down where my equipment was that day.MICHELLE R.

We originally had reserved a truck at the east main store. When we went to pick up the truck and the rep informed us that the truck was not there and that there was nothing he could do. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was having an inappropriate conversation with what seemed to be his wife or girl friend when we walked in. He didn't seem egar to help us and acted as if we were bothering him. Finally after expressing a great amount of frustration he called the store cross town and they had a truck. The rep at the other store was awesome! She was very friendly and professional.Josh R.
Cab interior and windows needed cleaning. The steering was a little loose causing the truck to drift slightly. Weather stripping around driver's door did not seal properly causing an annoying blowing-wind sound.Kevin B.

the location closed at 4:00 p.m., which was inconvenient the only person there was a lady that was not familiar with the equipment. it was a tow dolly and I asked her how to secure the vehicle to the dolly and she did not know. she did give me a brochure on how to do it and I finally figured it out.Jerry S.
