Rip off way too much money for what you get

Chris SIt was difficult to scan drivers license and credit card, due to security on cell phone, but thanks to the proprietor we got it done. Not possible to go on line to "return" the vehicle. PROVIDED A LOT OF ANXIETY. The owner took care of the return thohg and I thank him.

Alison DThe man inside and told us the trucks gas tank was full and it was not. We did fill the gas tank a bit just not all the way since it wasn’t full to begin with. He refused to look at the pictures with time stamps of the gas reader and yelled at my sister to fill the tank. I then tried to explain why we did not fill it all the way and he began to curse me out and demanded I leave the store while yelling that I will have to pay to fill the truck. Great company, absolutely horrible location.

Brian CTook 45 minutes to get truck so I lost that time. Trying to get in one of the boxes for the keys for pick up the second time I went back into the guy the board code was not working. Little did I know he had the key inside the whole time wasn’t happy oh ya and the truck smelt like pot. Would like a partial refund

TinaM gI wouldn’t use uhaul again based on how this experience was. They’re not friendly. They refused my trailer. Made me go down the road to another place that tried to charge me extra to take the trailer, they had nothing but attitude. It was a joke. Wasted my time. Treated me like an asshole. Thanks for not having great customer service btw cause I tried to call and that was also a joke.

Nicholas Vi chose this location because they have been in the rental business for over 30 years, and they are honest. they don't sell beer or lotto tickets like other options in my neighborhood.
