They guy on the register at this location could use an attitude adjustment since I was a first time customer I definitely received an unwelcoming impression. Everybody has their days but communication is key. Besides that the tech side was easily navigated and smooth when performing the self return. Van worked great and ran smoothly.

Manuel sThere was a big pot hole when pulling into the parking lot which was not the greatness "Welcome to U-Haul" message. The clerk barely spoke (he only said the required words that he needed to communicate to us) and he didn't smile even once. He seemed miserable which is a disappointing experience from a customer service perspective. When we went to the actual U-Haul truck it didn't start and the check engine light was on. We were then rerouted to another truck, which was fine and there were no issues with that one, which we were pleased about. The overall experience was "Below Average" in my opinion. I will be needing another moving truck for a few days next month and I will not be returning to this location and I am still unsure if I will use U-Haul again at all.

Dong hThe van had water bottles and soda cups in the doors. Dirt in the back. It had a dead battery and wouldn't start so missed my access to storage causing me to rent it again for another nite. The clerk said...trucks aren't owned by ubual so insurance is mandatory. Didn't even give me one second to rethink renting it after finding out that info. Where does it say insurance can be made mandatory? The guy was super unfriendly and short. I will never go back to this place again. For all of these issues I had i believe i should get some sort of refund

Sandeep VI have been using this location for the last 4-5 years, and one thing that always bothers me is the desk service. I don't remember the representative's name (he's in his mid-50s and wears glasses), but he has been there for at least 3 years. He is somewhat rude and not very welcoming. He’s not easy to talk to and is uncooperative. I've heard the same from my other colleagues as well. I hope he changes his behavior; otherwise, people may start going elsewhere. Thank you.

Carolyn MI got charged an insane amount for things I don’t think I should be charged for. The gas was at the same amount as when I got it but I was charged for 4 gallons. I got charged an after hours service fee, even tho my drop off time was after they close. Is there a way I be refunded for these things?

As students with no steady source of income, this additional charge has put a strain on our budget. We truly understand the importance of timely returns, and we made every effort to bring the truck back as soon as possible. However, given that the delay was less than 30 minutes, we kindly ask you to consider revising the bill and charging us only for the actual time we used the vehicle.
Shubham KTerrible owner/rep. I was not greeted when I came in. The first thing that came out of this persons mouth was “you’re late”. Does it matter if I’m 30 minutes late? I have a full day rental. The rest of the transaction was equally weird. I was then told because the van is new it’s mandatory to get insurance on it when I clearly prefilled out all paperwork via the app and declined. We had a few more back and forths before the rep allowed me to rent it without the extra insurance. I did not trust this person to treat me fairly so I made sure to take pictures of everything and pointed out the pre existing damage. Oh, and the office reeked of urine.

Or maybe a smile and a friendly hello and Thank you. I was very disappointment. A few weeks ago I used another Uhaul located in Tempe and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
