They guy on the register at this location could use an attitude adjustment since I was a first time customer I definitely received an unwelcoming impression. Everybody has their days but communication is key. Besides that the tech side was easily navigated and smooth when performing the self return. Van worked great and ran smoothly.

First input 50miles drove less and still tried to charge me for mire miles and I returned it with exact same gas and they tried to charge me for a full tank that’s unfair 2nd time using this location far worse will not recommend this location to anyone

There was a big pot hole when pulling into the parking lot which was not the greatness "Welcome to U-Haul" message. The clerk barely spoke (he only said the required words that he needed to communicate to us) and he didn't smile even once. He seemed miserable which is a disappointing experience from a customer service perspective. When we went to the actual U-Haul truck it didn't start and the check engine light was on. We were then rerouted to another truck, which was fine and there were no issues with that one, which we were pleased about. The overall experience was "Below Average" in my opinion. I will be needing another moving truck for a few days next month and I will not be returning to this location and I am still unsure if I will use U-Haul again at all.

The van had water bottles and soda cups in the doors. Dirt in the back. It had a dead battery and wouldn't start so missed my access to storage causing me to rent it again for another nite. The clerk said...trucks aren't owned by ubual so insurance is mandatory. Didn't even give me one second to rethink renting it after finding out that info. Where does it say insurance can be made mandatory? The guy was super unfriendly and short. I will never go back to this place again. For all of these issues I had i believe i should get some sort of refund

I have been using this location for the last 4-5 years, and one thing that always bothers me is the desk service. I don't remember the representative's name (he's in his mid-50s and wears glasses), but he has been there for at least 3 years. He is somewhat rude and not very welcoming. He’s not easy to talk to and is uncooperative. I've heard the same from my other colleagues as well. I hope he changes his behavior; otherwise, people may start going elsewhere. Thank you.

I got charged an insane amount for things I don’t think I should be charged for. The gas was at the same amount as when I got it but I was charged for 4 gallons. I got charged an after hours service fee, even tho my drop off time was after they close. Is there a way I be refunded for these things?

We would really appreciate, if you revise our final receipt. We were charged for an entire additional day due to returning the truck 28 minutes late. As students with no steady source of income, this additional charge has put a strain on our budget. We truly understand the importance of timely returns, and we made every effort to bring the truck back as soon as possible. However, given that the delay was less than 30 minutes, we kindly ask you to consider revising the bill and charging us only for the actual time we used the vehicle.

Terrible owner/rep. I was not greeted when I came in. The first thing that came out of this persons mouth was “you’re late”. Does it matter if I’m 30 minutes late? I have a full day rental. The rest of the transaction was equally weird. I was then told because the van is new it’s mandatory to get insurance on it when I clearly prefilled out all paperwork via the app and declined. We had a few more back and forths before the rep allowed me to rent it without the extra insurance. I did not trust this person to treat me fairly so I made sure to take pictures of everything and pointed out the pre existing damage. Oh, and the office reeked of urine.

The person at this location is non friendly and rude. I felt uncomfortable asking questions or even dealing with him. A personality would go along way. Or maybe a smile and a friendly hello and Thank you. I was very disappointment. A few weeks ago I used another Uhaul located in Tempe and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The customer service representative was annoyed by my presence in the office and was angry on me. The way he explained the procedures and talked to us was not at all friendly. He was really mean to me. The van was fine but had a really terrible experience.

The interior and Exterior of the Truck was dirty. Seats were filled with what looked like dog hair. The gentleman working there was NOT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL. He made it a point to tell me to MAKE SURE I BROUGHT THE TRUCK BACK on time, because HE HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING! That was a total turn off!

It's a pretty rundown office and the option I had booked online wasn't available for the same price. They made it right by giving me a different truck for the same price but it was much less convenient and annoying to argue for something you already purchased.

Not a Uhaul location, so the owners will gladly try and rip you off for gas (which they charged me 4gallons, even though I was a hair off the gauge). Not the friendliest of people either.

I have been a long time customer and I was very disappointed the truck needed an alignment very bad the breaks were sub par and the truck was dirty from the second I picked it up and the pictures of the truck for the inspection were from when the truck was bought originally I had to mark everything down to avoid being scammed for damages I didn't cause and the cab was awful smelling

Guy at the desk was rude. I had booked a truck and was trying todo the mobile check in in the parking lot. Nothing was loading and so I went inside and he said, I usually don’t help people but I guess I’ll do it this time. What kind of shit is that? Then when getting the keys he’s just groaning. Obviously he don’t wanna be there but it seems that he owns the storage unit cause he lives in the connected building. Just rude customer service and I’m upset I just spent over $100 on a rental from this guy.

I had an excellent experience for the year that I rented a storage space. I have also rented a U-haul truck out of the office several times. The unit was clean and easy to drive up to. I have gone at off hours and that was very easy as well. The staff was helpful and always professional. I will always use this company for renting trucks and storage
