S&P Grocery in Baton Rouge refused to accept the truck. The owner told us very rudely to "go down the road" to another UHaul location. She never specified which location. This caused us to find a location on our own. However, the drop off location was changed and no one informed us. We spent two days trying to straighten it all out with UHaul customer service and the location where we dropped it off and the location that it was changed to. It was an awful experience.

I was sent to four different locations after making the reservation online. Furthermore, the credit card on file was able to be ran and no one informed us.

Awful. Could not find it. Called both number countless times and no answer. No sign outside to let me know it was a u haul store. Lady working was useless. Zero help. Did not help take off trailer at all and then let it slide down the hill into my truck.

Besides being in a bad part of town, lady was extremely nice and even helped us hook up trailer.

I feel when you make a reservation uhaul needs to make sure that you can pick up your reservation at the location you reserved. I feel that I should not have to travel to another city to pickup the equipment I reserved at my expense. Very disappointed at uhauls policy as I was expained.

I went to S & P Food store on Gardner Ln., but they told me they couldn't except it because of a parking problem. They told me to bring it to Gardner Meat Market down Gardner Ln. I drove around the corner from them where I had dropped off a truck before, except that was Gardner Storage. I thought they were affiliated and where they parked their trucks. It was my mistake but it would not have happened if S & P would have taken it, since they were my drop off location. According to my phone call to Customer Service, Gardner Storage took delivery of the truck since I put it in their drop off mail slot. At first Gardner Storage said they couldn't take it as a drop off.

The location was closed when I dropped off. Online it indicated they would be open until 6pm. I dropped off around 4:30 and the office was closed. I placed my contract I need the drop box and secured the trailer on the lot.
