Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. U-Haul corporate has a big problem with changing terms and poor communication. But this location was great.

Be there when customer arrives, have everything the customer has requested and give them enough miles to complete there trip so they aren't charged an additional amount of money. I was over 60 miles short and did not receive my dolly. I will be calling in tomorrow about the extra $60 plus dollars I was charged because I was not given enough miles to complete my move.

Charles JTheir pickup times are limited, but they consistently have the size trailer we need. Our first reservation went fine. Our second one did not. My husband was out of the vehicle to help hook up the trailer, but there was an issue with the electrical wiring on the trailer. After enlisting another's assistance and a lot of back and forth, they finally just switched it out with new wiring. During all this my husband had gotten back into the car with me, so as to not be in the way. After replacing the wiring, they told us we were good to go, so off we went. Not even 100 feet down the road, I felt something was really wrong. I looked in the rear view mirror and the trailer was bouncing from side to side. We had to stop in the middle of traffic, throw on hazards, and try not to get run over while we checked the hitch connection. The trailer wasn't even on the hitch! We were literally dragging it with the safety chains! Thankfully they did that part right. My husband had to reattach the trailer to the hitch and we were both pretty shook up from the whole experience, not to mention behind schedule. When I dropped off the trailer, the same employee assisted me with the drop off and asked if everything went well. I said, "no" and told them what happened. They didn't even offer me an apology. Not impressed.

Bruce SI'm never comfortable leaving the trailer at the destination with no one to inspect and sign for it, I did call the 800 number and he said to leave at the building which I did. charlie wilson

Collin SIt is frustrating when the tank is not full because when you go to fill it up it’s practically impossible to put in the correct amount of fuel. Of course I put too many gallons in which then I over paid. Please don’t rent until fuel is full. Thank you.

Manuel SI had problems setting up an account online in order to check out a truck on a Sunday because the reservation was for my school rather than personal usage. I could not find my reservation using the Uhaul app, which made the preparations very frustrating because that's what I was told to use. Instead, I went to Uhaul.com, and though I was able to locate my account, I still didn't have access to all of the reservation. I called the help phone number and received assistance twice, and she was very nice and patient; I appreciated that. The wonderful ladies at University Self Storage in Kearney were my ultimate saviors who answered every question and were extremely flexible with my needs. Thank you all very much for your outstanding service. If I need a truck in the future, I will come back to you and refer others to you as well.
