Not all of the I reserved was at the location, I had to go to a different location to pick up what was missing. There was poor communication as to the billing changes based on the missing equipment.

Furniture pads were damp and rain did enter the rear of the truck, making some of my items wet but thankfully no damage was done as a result. Other than that, everything was excellent!!
