Clint GGetting charged $50 to return it after hours was a shock. Rather than only using Uhaul ~ I'll be looking at other rentals moving forward. Uhaul lost your default status as a rental company because of this.

Marijo HI paid for moving blankets that were not included. Luckily I got there when there was still an attendant, but otherwise I would have not been able to get the key. The driver cab was dirty.
Jeremy TThe Uhaul webpage froze when I was attempting to do the remote and I wasn't able to pick up my rental truck for an hour and half after the scheduled time. After being on hold with customer service for almost 30 minutes the assistant provided me with the incorrect key code. The truck was dirty and had cigarette butts in the cab. It was not clear that the 10 foot truck did not come with a ramp.
Darby CVery friendly and easy to work with. The only issue was that the truck was really wet when we got it. After a quick whip down it was good to go!
