U-haul corporate changed the pickup location at last minute. Original reservation made at Center Point location. Changed pickup location did not have furniture dolly or furniture pads which made me visit two locations across town to complete my moving needs. Unacceptable! To make matters worse; corporate changed the trailer pick-up location a second time back to Center Point. Upon arrival on day of reservation at 8 am...no trailer available and I was sent across town to 5909 C Service Rd location. Poor, poor, poor customer service!

Dropped off at night, called the next day and they said the trailer was checked in. Two weeks later and yesterday it was finally checked in. Poor customer service.
