We rented a dolly. We told the attendant that we would be back in a couple hours to return it because we were there from out of town. When we went back to return it although the hours said 9:00 to 5:00 no one was there to return the dolly. Apparently the clerk closed early ( No one was there to cover the shift) and we couldn't get in the gate to return the dolly. We ended up having to stay another night in Georgia to return the dolly. The next morning when we went to return the dolly the clerk seemed to think it was humorous that she closed early and didn't have anyone to cover the rest of the shift. A customer service needless to say was lacking and cost us a whole another day of travel.THOMAS B.

I ended up waiting for a while at pickup, even though I had already lined up everything online. Also, When I wasn't told that the truck had to be returned in 24 hours. I actually returned the truck in 25 hours, and was charged another day plus insurance. This location never returned my call.John C.

I paid for a uhaul for 6 hours and the uhaul was filty and after i returned it the same way i got it and they want to charge me an extra 147$JOSHUA D.

The place was fine but you need to ask me about UHaul. Online reservation was great even though the hold time was excruciating. Needed to make an adjustment - note hold times. Mobile check in was a HUGE fail. I could not upload my driver's license your photos were hard to view on a tiny screen in a hot parking lot, and my photos of damage would not upload because the site kept crashing. Needed guidance - note hold times. Gave up trying to reach customer svc because I was standing in the aforementioned hot parking lot. At this point, the lady checking me in kept saying, "Sorry, I am just a dealer, I am not UHaul" She ended up helping me A LOT, but that comment (uttered three times) was not one that induced waves of calm and confidence in UHaul or their non UHaul dealers.BETTY S.

Ensure the equipment(trailer) rear door is oiled and functional. Also need a support Jack to help hook the trailer to truck. The lady was wonderful to help lift the trailer but this is very dangerous and one can get severely hurt. OSHA WOULD LOVE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS WORK PRACTICE.Jack P.

Very disappointed I did not receive the cargo van I reserved. Instead U-Haul on its own changed my reservation to a box truck on two occasions and to a different pickup location. There's a reason I reserved a cargo van. I had a tight space that a box truck would not fit. I contacted customer service twice to arrange for a correct size Cargo van. Notwithstanding, U-Haul again changed my reservation to a box truck and location two days before my scheduled pickup under the guise that I was receiving a â€œfree upgrade.â€ There was no upgrade. Instead U-Haul did not have the correct size equipment I reserved. And there was nothing free about my purported upgrade. Rather, U-Haul charged me more for insurance because my â€œfree upgradeâ€ was a box truck instead of a cargo van.Steven S.

I ordered a truck for pickup at 8 am. When I arrived I could not get 24/7 share to let me get the truck. I had to wait until 9:00 am for them to open. I ordered the movers for 10 am. The delay caused frustration for me and my wife.Linda P.

This is the place to go for people how care. I was so very impressed as I picked up my truck at night and the area was very well lighted. The bowling alley next door does not turn on their parking lot lights but USA Self Storage even lit up the lot next door and I felt very safe picking up late at this location.WILLIAM H.
It's not the location's fault, but U-Haul didn't provide the dolly I had reserved. I had heavy stuff to move, and we ended up having to hire some random guys to help, costing $90. When contacted, they said getting the truck to me was the most important thing. However, I was on time-crunch. I'm moving again in a couple months to my permanent home, but I don't if I will use U-Haul because of this. Terrible, terrible customer service.JAMES P.

They charged my husband 120.00 because he had a prepaid card then when we returned the uhal they only gave us a partial refund. So we paid more then what we should have as well as the internet was down and had to go in to still do check in. Then she had to unload the trailer from the family before. Had a hard time getting truck out because they are so packed In thereadam R.

These are great folks. They need more lighting - I was startled by a couple strangers walking by when I was trying to get my truck via the app. I also have trouble with Uhaul verifying who I am because my camera on my phone does not work well in the dark.WILLIAM H.
