The associate in this office had absolutely no training and finally had to do the transaction over the phone by a supervisor.... took over an hour to complete the transaction

Curtis HoltThe site was very convenient. However, it took me a whole hour to rents a appliance dolly. This is because I had to use my own cell phone to rent it. The reception at the place was very slow. It was not the workers fault. She was very friendly and helpful, why do we need to go on your website to rent trucks and equipment? Why can’t you allow the suppliers to handle all of the paperwork? What if somebody did not have a cell phone but needed to rent a truck? They would not be able to do it. Your rental process needs to change.

Dustin BrownThe U-Haul staff really came through for me. My BMW broke down 50 miles from Vale on my way back to Texas. The nearest service location was 75 miles away. I am now back home because these people found me a truck within 2 days of my reservation. As far as I’m concerned, there is absolutely nothing they could do better. These guys saved my butt!

Richard ChmielewskiWhen we arrived to pick our rental up, the customer service representative was not fully trained. We had to wait for someone who knew what they were doing to get there. They stated that they would be open until 5:00. We arrived at 4:30 to return the rental and they were not there. We attempted to call the number on the door multiple times and they never answered. Very poor customer service. I understand that it is a small town and people are not generally concerned with quality customer service in small towns. However, they are representing your company. They are doing that poorly.

shawn reynoldsThe gasoline in the truck was not checked at my pick up of the truck and it was only half full , so up on delivery I had to fill it up to full which cost me $49 out of my pocket. That’s a big mistake. Being a 68 female I didn’t know any better than to drive it away half full from the Vale Oregon pickup location.
