It was super dark and grass needed to be cut. Super Dark
vikki wWhen arriving it looked like an abandoned shop and when I turned the trailer around to back it up to the other U-Haul equipment there was a gentleman on the back side of the shop blaring his music and looked like he was living out of his truck. I’m really glad I didn’t send my wife to drop the trailer off.

Daniel OWas only available to use this location after calling the customer service department and had them override the scheduled drop location...which again, was approximately 45min away from my arrival location. The customer care representative was outstanding. I think his name was Brian Riley.
Michael HAfter he hooked up the trailer he said I was good to go. I said I’d like to test the lights. He said ok and we tested them and the right tail light was not working. He said I could still us it with out a right turn signal or brake lights. I said I was going 1000 miles and I wanted all lights working. He said I would have to take it to a uhaul service center. I said you are a garage couldn’t you fix it, he said no. So I took it to a uhaul service center and they fixed the lights.

johnny pI had reserved a truck at the Cypress N. Houston location. When I arrived at 10:00 am the doors were locked. So I waited till someone woke up. Then she preceded to tell me the haul had not been returned yet. It was suppose to b3 returned at 10:00. I said can you call them to see if they are on their way? She was put out and extremely rude. She called and they were not returning it that day. She said you will have to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional!

CARLOS MThe trucks were parked on grass. The grasses were tall and I was worried about a snake or another dangerous animal that would be hidden in the grass.
Serhat OI called customer service and they couldn’t help me with me issue. Then when I called them a second time the purposely put me on hold.
JAMAIAH SLocation was great overall! There is some tall grass surrounding the parking lot- would have been nicer if it was cut short so that I could have taken better pictures of the U-Haul. The location was closed, but an employee had stopped by briefly to pick up some personal items it looked like. He advised me to drop the keys off in the box out front and was very kind/helpful.
Ravi LThe guy that helped me on eldridge was great but I went to the one on 9411 Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77070 and there was a girl that lied to me and was also just complaining about being tired so I'm guessing she didnt want to work and thats why she didnt help me. I was there on 6/3/2021 around 11:00am if she doesnt want to work thats great but she needs to get another job because I was on an emergency but she refuse to help me.
