Issue with 24/7 pickup… wasn't initiated by location correctly so couldn't pick up w/o his assistance. He was responsive once we called U-Haul, so I'd give him another chance.

ROBERT S.online check-in did not work well and so I had to go into the location. online check-in required verification, which was too cumbersome to perform, e.g., via a passport, which I did not have. if online is really going to work, you have to make it easier!
Robert S.Make it so that rental reservations for this location can be found on the android U-Haul app. I could see my reservation and do the mobile pick-up/drop-off through the website on my phone, but it would not appear on the U-Haul app. Not sure what the point of the app is if I can't use it at all locations (including approved 3rd party locations).
Dain V.I ordered furniture pads and they weren't included. The truck was pretty beat up. The location was left open after hours when nobody was there.

ronald L.As for Valkyrie, the staff was amazing to deal with. But as for the UHaul truck I rented. EVERY TIME In order to start the truck you needed to shake the steering wheel at the same time pull on the shifter up and down while pressing the brake pedal. Often it took several tries to get the key to turn and start the truck. I'm sure this is not the fault of Valkyrie but that of UHaul not providing them with properly working vehicles.
Richard Z.The young man Tommy is personable and professional. Very helpful. Employees are hard to find and in my career as a talent acquisition specialist, I know what I'm talking about. His mechanical skills are a huge plus and his customer service and manners few and far between in this labor market. . If I were you, I would increase his salary to $25 an hour and mentor him in his very early career for a larger role .

After numerous attempts the previous week to verify trailer would be in place the franchisees could not help. Until Sunday night when I received message saying trailer was not in place. Not sure where that is going. The dysfunction at the Danberry facility is it illegal I plan to move forward. Consulting with my attorney. They could not be any more stupid
