online check-in did not work well and so I had to go into the location. online check-in required verification, which was too cumbersome to perform, e.g., via a passport, which I did not have. if online is really going to work, you have to make it easier!Robert S.

Make it so that rental reservations for this location can be found on the android U-Haul app. I could see my reservation and do the mobile pick-up/drop-off through the website on my phone, but it would not appear on the U-Haul app. Not sure what the point of the app is if I can't use it at all locations (including approved 3rd party locations).Dain V.

As for Valkyrie, the staff was amazing to deal with. But as for the UHaul truck I rented. EVERY TIME In order to start the truck you needed to shake the steering wheel at the same time pull on the shifter up and down while pressing the brake pedal. Often it took several tries to get the key to turn and start the truck. I'm sure this is not the fault of Valkyrie but that of UHaul not providing them with properly working vehicles.Richard Z.
The young man Tommy is personable and professional. Very helpful. Employees are hard to find and in my career as a talent acquisition specialist, I know what I'm talking about. His mechanical skills are a huge plus and his customer service and manners few and far between in this labor market. . If I were you, I would increase his salary to $25 an hour and mentor him in his very early career for a larger role .Rosemarie L.

Valkyrie is wonderful. The problem is uhaul. I don't what has happened to you, but lately when we reserve a truck it gets moved to another location or cancelled without our knowledge. I had to walk in to get this rental as the uhaul system wouldn't let me reserve itELIZABETH C.

UHaul offers customer the ability to chose location for pickup of trailer. I was scheduled for Monday 8am. After numerous attempts the previous week to verify trailer would be in place the franchisees could not help. Until Sunday night when I received message saying trailer was not in place. I had to go pickup lost half a daySCOTT R.
The personnel gave me inaccurate or confusing information about the pick up of the van during off hours. The online proceedure for pick up and return was not made for senior users.Robert K.

I wound up renting from your Ethan Allen highway route 7 facility after paying illegally bait and switch from Danberry facility. I called the police to file a complaint. Not sure where that is going. The dysfunction at the Danberry facility is it illegal I plan to move forward. Consulting with my attorney. They could not be any more stupidneil R.
