I showed up early and they had issues renting me the truck. That is fine because i did eventually get ot. However, they first sent me to another location that could not help us. That wasted some of my day and left me frustrated until it all got sorted out.

Also did not get the blankets I ordered and because of the issues with the truck mileage that I had to resolve on my own, I forgot to ask about them so I did not get them to use.
Eugene RUhaul did not have the trailer i had reserved weeks in advance... gas level was not where the said it was @ 1/8 tank.. almost ran out of gas going to gas station... i ordered 12 mats for $5 on my contract... not sure what happened at pi kup only notified me the day bengre the trip of no tailer.. I could not get another trailer so i had to leave the motorcycle in SD and will have to make a special trip back to SD to pick it up... very disappointed and this cost me time and money... will think twice before using uhaul again... a disappointed customer

FERNANDO LI returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up yet I was charged over $60 for service fee and 6 gallons of fuel. The girl said that there was nothing she could do about it. How did you arrive at 6 gallons? Is this something you do to everyone and make them sort it out. Getting through to customer service is a joke. I am very unhappy.
