Eddie MThe gentleman did not give me my receipt, just told me to leave and that he would email to me. Well I got the email but I was over charged. Gentleman was not notified in the system that I had made my change for dropping off the truck. This was not good.

Timothy MMy reservation couldn’t be found and then I was sent to another location to complete my reservation which was missing a dolly. When I got to the Uhaul store at 380 State st in hemet I was standing waiting while the lady who worked there ate her food due to her not being on the clock yet so a few of us customers stood there until someone came from outside to help. I was unable to get a dolly there and was forced to use the heavy duty one which made it harder to move things upstairs for me and my wife. I will never use Uhaul again. This was supposed to be exciting to move into our new home yet it was very frustrating difficult and way overpriced from your company!
Josephine II like to reserve ahead of time which helps out a lot. The person who helped us was fast and very nice. I was able to upgrade without any problems and the truck was well kept.

When I pick up the truck I was told I was at the wrong location and they wanted to send me to another pickup location I told the rep that I spoke to U Haul on State St in Hemet CA I verified with U Haul this morning before i picked up the truck and they verified my pickup location is at Valley Smog Hemet CA.

MARY KI would not recommend uhaul. The place was nice but I had to drive an hour or two hours round trip because the trailer was not at the area I needed at. The place was good awesome customer service at site.
EDWARD SI reserved 12 blankets. I went by the day b4 and was told everything would be ready and then I was sent 2 a different location 2 get the blankets! Dude here could have stole my phone and I couldn't have proved anything. When I went back with blankets from another location 2 pick up truck, he gave me my phone that I left there
