I went to another location and the employee booked a reservation for me at 5185 Coconut Creek Pkwy Margate, FL 33063/ I was dressed in an ethic attire.! Also, I had a witness on the phone for both encounter.

PIERRE PMy first van that was rented to me was infested with roaches. Had to remove all my belongings and switch to another truck. Really upset that roaches were crawling around my belongings. Need to deep clean the van.

BARRINGTON EMiss Yanet was very attentive and gave us a very professional service. The truck was in good mechanical condition, unfortunately I had to sweep the cargo area of the truck before loading it and keel a roach in the cabin.

Clarence Rprovided No milage credit for van rental -- all other uhauls in the area provide some included mileage. I ordered a dolly which they forgot to give me and I had to come back and pick it up -- causing more mileage and fuel. Van was not fuel efficient Then since i went over the milage I said I would use-- the mileage fee was 20 cents more per mile -- which I was not informed beforehand

Tevaughn MMajor issue I had was the email telling me the location and time to pickup my truck was not correct so I wasted money taking an Uber to the first location to then having to take another Uber to the proper location (very confusing as to why Uhaul sent me to a location which had no trucks) I spent $50 combined to pickup the truck.
Duane HHoward was Excellent, a great person, advisor, amply recommend him and Ashley.
