This location claims they don’t have the key to the U-Haul box for keys. Took them over a week to check truck in. I had an emergency drop off and I talked to customer service about it. The store worker came out and told me he had no space for the U-Haul and I couldn’t leave it there and then gave me the middle finger as I was leaving. Still waiting on calls back on three complaints.

Cheryl SLocation was late opening. Clerk was not not trained on how to check in rental, had to call her boss who was out of town and said she would take care of it later that day. Had to call Uhaul service to make sure that it was noted I had returned on time and not charged a late fee, was on hold for 45 minutes. This is a new location and they don't seem to know what they are doing.
