This location claims they don’t have the key to the U-Haul box for keys. Took them over a week to check truck in. I had an emergency drop off and I talked to customer service about it. The store worker came out and told me he had no space for the U-Haul and I couldn’t leave it there and then gave me the middle finger as I was leaving. Still waiting on calls back on three complaints.

Had to call Uhaul service to make sure that it was noted I had returned on time and not charged a late fee, was on hold for 45 minutes. This is a new location and they don't seem to know what they are doing.
