Truck mirrors did not adjust, box on truck leaked on the merchandise I picked up and ruined about $5,000 worth of product. Location I picked up from was a filthy chop shop with rusted and disassembled cars piled so thick in the parking lot I had difficultly finding the front door. Didn’t have the truck I reserved days before on the app based on what the aop offered to me. Had to stand outside in 30 degree weather and cancel/rebook for a truck they *did* have. Handed me the keys to a 20 foot truck that was wedged inbetween another 20 foot truck and a U-Haul tow trailer with about 2 inches leeway so had to make a twenty point turn to get out of the parallel parking spot(fun way to get to know a huge vehicle you’ve never driven before!) I could go on.. absolute worst nightmare scenario if something could go wrong for this rental it did. I’ve rented from U-Haul almost every month for the past 2 years never had anything like this

harvey tIt was initially unclear and sketchy looking given the place to be in the vicinity of a mechanic shop. However the employee here very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable about the online portion of it.

SHEVINAH JWorst experience possible. Will not be using uhaul in the future for any reason. So much to list that went wrong, nothing was good about this experience.
Claudio TOur truck was parked in and the keys were not in the correct lockbox. The manager was not on site and we ended up being an hour behind schedule because of all the set backs.
