The location was great. Vaughan’s Country Store does a good job however it is clear that online reservations are the way to go. U-Haul’s in-store applications and contracts are very slow and frustrating.

I returned the utility trailer after only using it for a couple hours. The person that was there when I returned it did not know how to process the trailer back in. She had to call someone to come & help her. I was asked if I wanted the balance back in cash or put back on my card used. I said put it back on my card. That never happened. I was disappointed when asked on how I wanted the refund but never received one.

The location is a tiny country store with 1 employee...took me 45 min with a reservation to pull out due to taking care of gas people(no credit card on gas pumps), his computer kept freezing and had to re enter my info 3 times in between customers...needs another employee at this location to be sure...2 people walked out on rentals from waiting soooo long. Man was overworked trying to do it all himself.

Upon pick up the information for the reservation wasnt even in the system for pick up then the dealer had to fight with computer system to allow us to rent the tow dollie which took 2 hours and then the price i was given when i reserved the dollie was told it was only going to be $54 and ended up being charged $74 i am highly dissatisfied with this issue.

Pickup was horrible. No one to help. Apparently lady at counter had no idea how to operate system. Kept trying to get more money for rental . Didn't even come outside to help with trailer hookup . Never in 20 years of renting from uhaul have I ever seen a location like this. No shop guy, no tools. Nothing. Just collecting money. Never will I go back here.

Fire everyone who works for corporate and start over with new people. The rental location folks are awesome, but corporate UHaul is unbelievably disorganized, rude and incompetent—a horrible enough experience to consider never using UHaul again.

The lady running the store had a lot of customers coming in so we had to wait quite a bit and every time a customer came in she handled the customer and made us wait. She was very kind and polite and smiled a lot to keep it light which I really appreciate it I just didn’t think she should’ve stopped us every two minutes to handle the flow of customers and make us wait

The truck smelled of cigarettes in the cab and the back smelled worse than that of Idk what. When we lifted the load door roaches went everywhere... We ended up with roaches in our own personal items. The location was way out of the way and added extra unnecessary miles when there are literally 4 Uhaul locations all within a mile of my home all with the same type truck I rented. My request to pick up from certain locations was not granted but changed to that location 10 miles away obviously adding additional miles. I have used Uhaul in the past and been very happy but this time was a major disappointment.
