Truck was working fine and was clean. The business name was different from the one listed in the contract and at the location, so some confusion as the where to find the office. The truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas when picked up. There are no other services at this location, i.e., no boxes or supplies. People at the service desk were very friendly.

The office was gorgeous but the truck was nasty, sticky and dirty. Including an old pop in the cup holder. I picked up the truck with a little less then 1/4 gas. I drove apx 18 miles all together. I was charged a $30 fuel service charge and 34 bucks for gas. That's ridiculous. Was deciding not to use the dolly but all the tags were already broken off. I never had this experience at an actual uhaul. They don't even have a drop box so I had to rush back before close.
mattea TThe old days, pick the vehicle up with a full tank of gas, return it with a full tank. Now you pick it up with a tank with a certain amount (1/4) tank and try to guess you'll return it with the same amount. U-haul benefits with customers leaving it with extra fuel to prevent being fined. This is cheap robbery. The computer system was malfunctioning, had to wait approx 1/2 hour longer to leave. The back loading door was frozen shut, another delay leaving. The flooring inside the truck was like a skating rink when loading. You have a lot of improvements to fix before I ever suggest or use you again.

JANET TU-Haul changed my drop off location to a site 40 miles from where I had made my reservation for. Lots of snow and bad roads. Extremely disappointed.

rocio rThe girl was nice but clearly did not communicate with the boss about the call I gave her. The boss came off as very rude and irritable. Him being Muslim he did most of the talking instead of the woman even though he didn’t know what he was talking about. The girl knew what we talked about and just stood there and let him completely misconstrue. I don’t care if it’s a culture thing she should have said something to me if it wasn’t ok because she made me look like I was the wrong one.not a terrible place but definitely an asshole boss and loud.
